I went to buy a bathroom vanity. I found one and told the guy I would be back next day to pick it up. I went back and it was sprinkling rain. He refused to load vanity. Told me it could not lay down in my truck because my truck had lid on it and it would break the bowl. So I came back 3rd day. I went over to same guy. He said did u come pay for vanity. I said yes. He said in a short tone, go over there, I don't take money here. I walked toward the other guy to pay and he walked off playing on his phone. I finally got an older guy to help. I was the only customer in the store. 4 ppl was working 2 was on their phone..one could not be found. It took forever to pay and get my vanity loaded in my brothers truck with no lid. When I got home the vanity was invaded with foam in the box. It could have laid down in my truck. My guess is he didn't want to load while it was sprinkling rain. I cannot praise this store enough. My husband and I went in in search for cabinets for our kitchen, we left with having basically picked out a whole new kitchen. Cabinets, flooring and countertops. The moment we walked in we were greeted by a super nice guy named Jonathan. He spent over an hour with us, one on one, helping us with each step of our kitchen renovation. Not only is it hard to get the one on one in other Home supply stores, but the pricing of EVERYTHING, couldn’t be beat! Ken, another salesman was awesome to talk with, helpful in all areas. If you are in the market for kitchen cabinets, I would highly recommend going to Home Outlet. While we were building our home, I requested quotes from Lowe's, Home Depot, and another local cabinet store, and Home Outlet's prices were less than half the cost of the lowest quote we received from the other three competitors. Jimmy was wonderful to work with on our numerous visits to the store and all of the employees have provided excellent customer service throughout this process.
