The Vitamin Shoppe — Local services in Johnson City

I wanted to share this experience I had today at the vitamin shoppe store in Johnson city T N , store # 253 , Employe e name is Beverly . Since Covid , the world was forced to go shop on line service in most places diminished , but today was the first time in couple years that I had been in the store , Beverly changed that today , she was super helpful and very pleasant to work with . I had to have some things con the computer ,in a very busy time of the day . She was very calm , pleasant and most helpful with it all . I will return in person regularly to the store , and not shop on line . Thank you Beverly for you professionalism and pleasantries , the country needs to get back to this standard of customer service and because of you we are on our way ....

So I called thinking that this place was a local business to me. I'm autistic and I got anxiety issues and stuff like that I'm just trying to source something and dude thinks I'm trying to be uppity with him but no it's just the way that my anxiety makes me come across sometimes. That doesn't mean you need to confront a customer over something so tiny and then I tell you about my disabilities and you laugh at me on the phone Trayvon. Not cool. Be patient and kind. My anxiety is even worse now. People have bad times you dont need to make it worse. Also trying to figure out where you guys are you had no clue you couldn't even tell me how to get to the shop. Used to go in almost daily to try a different pre-workout drink because they have a large selection of single-serve drinks in an open cooler. However one day I purchased a pre-workout single serve drink. Got to the gym, took a chug, noticed that there was something slimy about it and spit it out. I looked in the bottle and there was something clumped together in the bottom and it wasn’t powder. Shook it anyway to see if it would dissolve, it didn’t.
