Slim Chickens — Restaurant in Jonesboro

The food and the service were fine, but the floor in the dining area is a safety hazard. The minute that we walked in, my friend said "this floor is slick" and not a minute after getting our food and going to our seat he wiped out, spilling his drink everywhere. My friend had just had a spinal fusion 2 months prior to this fall.

The staff were attentive and quickly cleaned up the mess. A compt meal would have been preferred, but instead we had to fill out an incident report while we ate and the staff hovered over us until we left. My guess was to ensure we did not seek legal action against them.

The managers on duty even told us that they have had issues with the floor being slick in the past, and they said that this fall may be reason enough for the higher ups to do something about it. The manager also said that this location was built in a hurry and not a lot of thought was put into it (specifically regarding the tile flooring)

I also think that their cleaning practices should be reevaluated. The tile was obviously covered in a layer of grease. I personally work closely with flooring salesmen/installers and they informed me that you must have a separate mop for the dining versus the kitchen area.

I've never had any issue when I go through the drive-thru, but I do not forsee myself dining in...

As much as I would love to make a good review about this place, but I can't. I had the 5 for 5 meal with the 5 chicken tenders, 5 five hot wings, fries, and fired pickles. The way my sisters talk about it made it sound like an amazing restaurant. She said the food was fresh and delicious. I don't know if I came on the wrong day or month, but the food was horrible. Everything was old the pickles was over salty. The fries was stale, the chicken and the tenders was dry and cold. The spirit was water down. I had a bad experience if I would've gotten sick I swear I would've call the health inspector because that place was serving old, and cold food. Aint no telling how long that food has been seating out. I couldn't eat it i had to give it to some dogs that be around my house. I wasted my money, and I won't go back there again. I wish when staff, and managers that decide to work in any type of food place to understand that giving out food thats been sitting out too long is so unsanitary, and it can give people food poisoning. As much as I wanted to go back and get my money back I couldn't because we was on a tight schedule to get back home. It was a waste of money, and food. I won't ever go back...

I'm sorry I had to give two stars but Slim Chickens in Jonesboro has been messing up. I love me some slim chicken. But every time I order delivery through their app my food gets to my home messed up. Either my fries aren't fresh. Or the coleslaw has turned. Or my chicken club sandwich does not have the bacon. Bacon makes it a club. I call and they have no problem with replacing my food but at some point in time you guys have got to get tired of replacing food. It makes me not want to order slim chicken. And I love slim chicken. Y'all need to get it together. I know Topanga is tired of seeing my face. But once again today I ordered delivery through their app and my food was messed up. So now for the sixth time I will be going back to slim chicken with my receipt to get my food remade. So now I've come to the conclusion that delivery sucks. I will have to go to the store myself to order my food, check my order, and make sure my food is prepared properly. I'm not trying to...
