I rarely go here and I don't know why. I guess the 2 mile long drive-thru line scares me a bit but my daughter just had to have God's Chicken tonite so here I go, into a line of no escape once I enter! We moved fairly quickly and my daughter had sent her order via fb messenger. I get to the young lady who was standing in the drive thru ready to take my order with her iPad. She had a mask on but you could tell she had a smile beaming from ear to ear by the way she said, "Good Evening and welcome to Chic-Fil-A. What can I get you tonite?" I proceeded to tell her and she asked if I wanted a meal...of course I didn't really know because my spawn hadn't really said that in her correspondence so I just showed the young lady my daughter's instructions. She went ahead and put it in as a meal and said it would be cheaper that way. I asked her to make sure we got FOUR sauces because the daughter specifically asked for those and she said, "I'm gonna go ahead and put 5 since you asked for 4"! Well, ok! Thank you Helpy Helperton! Read moreAt the drive thru ordered 2 breakfast meals and an extra breakfast Bagel from the gal outside taking orders. Then got to the drive thru window gave our name was told to wait in the parking lot and will bring it out. 21 minutes later the order was brought to us and was wrong, wow after waiting this long didn't get it right, ok no I'm sorry or anything. Was then told we will get the rest of the order. 8 minutes later was told they didn't get the rest of the order and I had to pay, ok so we paid again and now 10 minutes later got our food. No I'm sorry, or I would expect at least the manager would quickly come out and give us the food or an explanation or I'm sorry. Horrible Experience, Not What You Would Expect From Chick-fil-A. Oh, and let me say they had only 3 cars ahead of us and 6 waiting in the parking lot so not very busy!! Read moreToday I did not Receive good customer service from your establishment today. I placed an order with the guy outside and when he restated my order. I corrected him on exactly how I wanted my food he said “fixed it on his iPad” . I received my food made it almost all the way Home and saw that my food was not made how I wanted it. I came all the way back so that I can get my order fixed and the manager Stephanie told me that they could not fix my order the way i wanted. I literally get the SAME thing from here a EVERYDAY and today was the first day that I was told that my food could not be made the way i wanted it. I proceeded to ask for a refund and the lady took the food right back through the window.
