Kirkland's Home — Local services in Jonesboro

I just left from Kirklands in Jonesboro. I LOVE KIRKLANDS and this was my first trip since they reopened and my experience left me feeling like I will NEVER shop there again. I have never experienced anything like this before. I was followed around the store by a young blond woman everywhere I went I turned around and she was there. Not just once or twice but every corner I turned there she was. Never there to offer assistance but she was following me. I was VERY uncomfortable to the point of anxiety. Very nice store, and Malissa the sales person was super helpful and friendly. Some woman came breezing in there with a clipboard or paperwork who I assume was a " boss" from corporate, (they've been bought out by thr Bed Bath and beyond revamp,) she wasn't a customer, she wasn't friendly, Malissa spoke to her and I never saw the woman acknowledge her, I felt kind of sorry for her but otherwise it was a good...

I love Kirkland’s but only the one in Jonesboro. They have an older lady that works there that is wonderful. She’s always so polite and helpful. I wish we could mold her and put her in every retail store. I only shop there because of her. Please I hope you do something special for her....
