Kohl's — Local services in Joplin

I've been to Khol's several times and have never felt like I was actually saving money. Despite them telling me I saved $900 or whatever, I still payed more than I should have for one shirt. Last time I went in though was awful. All I needed was one pair of pants, but they did not have pants in my size at all. All of their shelves went from size 28 or so up to 36 and that's it. I searched the store for 45 minutes looking for a pair of pants, and not once did an employee ask me if I needed anything. Because I need those the next day I left with a pair that was close enough to my size without being perfect. And those pants were over-priced. despite saving...

At first glance it appears that prices are high, but if you look closer you will see discounts every where. The prices here, after all the discounts, are lower than the discount stores. They offer great rewards programs that you can combine to save an unbelievable amount of money. The staff seems to be a mix of 80% super helpful and nice, 15% average and 5% flat out rude. I've learned the rude ones and just refuse to deal with those. They are open late so it's a great place for my daughters and I to go shop and kill time on nights when nothing...

I don't shop too much at Kohl's, however I was taken aback at how helpful they were at assisting me with returning a couple of packages that I received from Amazon.

I'm not at all tech savvy, and the staff at Kohl's were able to help me open the Amazon app and get through the procedure to return my items and take the packages off my hands and return them to Amazon.
