They were overly rude and only acknowledge my friend and her mother because I was “alone” I’m 18 and I had a budget of 500$ same goes for my other friend. We were treated horribly and when I tried to get on the waiting list for a changing room the manager got mad me for trying to confirm our spot on the waiting list and got up in my friends face and when I tried to de-escalate by pulling my friend back and give her a bubble of protection she ripped the dress clips from my hand and said I was no longer able to try on dresses. I honestly do rate them a 1 because of their wide selection of dresses BUT if rating was based solely off of customer service and professionalism, they are 0. Me and my little family went in twice and it was the same experience both times so I do know that it wasn’t circumstantial or a bad day. After the second time going and standing around without customer service despite making eye contact with employees, we walked out and went to men’s warehouse where we received exceptional service there. "Amazing Experience at Suzy B's Bridal!" I had such a wonderful experience at Suzy B's Bridal! They were one of the few bridal shops open during Memorial Day weekend, which was a huge relief since I was coming from out of town-about 3 hours away. Not only did I find my dream dress, but they were able to alter it the very same day! Suzy and Robin were both incredibly helpful and made the shopping experience so much fun. Robin, the seamstress, had my dress altered and ready for me in just one week-talk about impressive turnaround time!
