Walked in there looking for a specific product. I looked around for about 10 plus minutes with no luck. I decided to go ask an employee for some help. I didnât catch the name of this girl but sheâs like in her 20s with a red piece in her hair. She was kinda bent over looking at a computer screen and from the side it did not look like she was busy so I went to ask her for help and she rudely looked at me said â I AM ON THE PHONEâ super rude. I waited and when she was off and she looked at me and I asked her for some help about where I can find this product. She named off a few brands that have it basically go fend for yourself to find it was how it felt because after she named the brands she just went back to doing her thing. I asked where those brands are located and she just points in an area and said itâs back there. Iâm so confused at this point but I ended that convo and just said thank you and she just completely ignored me and turned the other way. I donât understand how people can have such a nasty rude attitude to people for no literal reason. Itâs her job to help and assist customers.    Read moreBrick and Mortar Store is Hit and Miss. Today, there were three or four ladies behind the counter at the cashier area. One was ringing up a customer. The other three were talking. When I walked up to find out about my birthday mascara, I was told they had to see the email about it. When I couldn't find the email, she said there was nothing she could do and went back to the group. Sephora keeps track of whether or not you've got the reward, why can't Ulta? Other times, I've gone in and needed help, the staff has gone above and beyond to help me, even when they are busy...I.e. helping me find a code to use for a coupon, letting me know I was only short a couple of dollars to earn a free item and waiting while I went to grab another or running to grab one for me, keep looking for an item after I've given up and brought it to me when I was shopping for something else. Ugh! I enjoy their products but some days dread going in...
   Read moreI decided to book an appointment to change my hair color. Worst idea, i showed the girl my picture, she tried to achieve it & I understand I would have to go through a process somewhat to get my hair that color but my hair looks different shades of orange right now , it wasnât until the next day I noticed because it wasnât styled . The last time I did my hair I had a friend family member do it & she achieved the look I wanted AT HOME . Also my neck STILL HURTS from the sink because I was given no cushion or towel until I asked. Literally feels like I slept wrong every time I wake up now & this is day 3. I wouldnât recommend going here if you donât know much about color or you want the stylist to help you out because I felt lost when she kept asking me questions. I was hoping she would style me with the idea I gave her or had In mind . Wastes a good amount of money and Iâm not satisfied...
