My experience to at brow and spa in the mall sent me home in tears. I took my daughter in to get her brows done and everything was going great as always. I did notice that the lady working there and the owner kept looking at me and then started talking in there language. I assumed it was just talk. There was another customer ther and the finished with him first and then my daughter. My daughter paid and she was commenting on what a great job they did. When we were out of the spa the employee asked if she could ask me a question. I said sure with a smile little did I know I would be in tears later. So the employee and the owner where both at the counter when the employee said to me that one of the times I was in she only charged me for my eye brows and not my lip. I was like "what" and had a very confused look. The employee and the owner expected me to pay $6! Well I kept saying no I have always paid and left a tip. The employee said it was her fault she did not change me but was charging the $6after who knows how long. I gave them my debit card since they were looking at me like I was playing dumb. I started to cry and the owner and employee said something in their language to each other then said if I did want to pay ok. I felt awful and gave them $6 cash and walked out crying. Sad to say I will never be going back. They waited months to charge me $6 that I know I did not owe. I had been in there several times why they never said anything I have no clue. I was so upset that my husband went into the spa and argued with the owner. He told them that he had been in with me the last two times I went and he paid. He told the owner that it was here employees fault she was short $6 and now the wants to pay. My husband was very angry. I hope no one else has this happen to them. I felt so embarrassed and I paid knowing that I have always paid and...
Read moreI sit in the car while my wife shops. There are plenty of parking spaces, so it's never difficult to find a spot. Each parking slot is wide enough for even a pickup (though we have a sedan). I do wish there were more large trees or other tall objects near the parking lot, which would create more shaded spaces I could use to keep my car cool while waiting. I usually run to McDonald's or Taco Bell (not too far away) to grab lunch or a drink and bring it back to the mall parking lot to wait. My son sits in the back seat and watches YouTube videos while I sit in the front and read or listen to podcasts. We both enjoy the opportunity to not enter the mall. I've heard that some men enter the mall and wander the halls with their wives, but this may be a myth. Anyway, I think the Northpark Mall parking lot is just OK. Certainly not the greatest spot to wait (more shade please!) on a wife while she shops, but also not the worst. I would have given three stars if I hadn't already chosen two... Unlikely that I'll go back and change...
