Tried the chocolate chip cookie sandwich with icing in the middle, and it was so good. Also, I got a chocolate fudge brownie, and it was great as well. They have a variety of cookies plus other tastey desserts to choose from. The lady behind the counter was very sweet and friendly. Definitely recommend.

My sons are away at college, it was the oldest sons birthday and we couldn't be there for it. I ordered a cookie cake using the online order process. Cookie was to be ready for pickup at 2, when my son showed up at 5 to pick it up, they hadn't even started icing it and he had to wait 30 more minutes for them to complete it. He was then rushed, got it back to the college and they had spelled my sons name wrong on the cookie. Very frustrating and...

My family and I have been to Great American Cookies several times for birthday cookies and the random mall trip. Good cookies... not that good though. I was originally a big fan but now I realize that it is just not worth the price. Definitely not my favorite or my first choice when it comes to cookies. When there are no prices listed anywhere at the location... it shows that you will be paying too much...
