Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Joplin

Food is always perfect and comes out quick, even when they are busy. But the customer service is what tops it. For a crew that has to work in a mall, these guys make this chick fil a better than ANY of the drive thru locations in Joplin. We were served by Hawkins who was amazing, he was super polite, never missed a word we said, and without being asked he came all the way across the food court to our table just to grab our drinks and refill them just as he did for EVERYONE in the mall! LOVE LOVE LOVE this place! Chick-fil-A is absolutely one of my favorite places to eat. Always great food and great service. Even when the lines are long, they are great about getting the orders out and moving quickly. But...my question is... can we get one closer to my new area?? One in Pittsburgh Kansas would be amazing. We are about to plan a trip that will take hours this weekend just to travel to get some Chick-fil-A. I moved from Indiana to Kansas, to a very small town and I MiSs...

This is one of the most consistent, family-friendly choices in the area. The food is always good. The dining room, restrooms, and kids' play place are always very clean. The staff is always over-the-top in friendly service. Only wish they had a few healthier, non-fried options on the menu. And if the prices were a tad lower, it would be one of the best values in town. I guess that's how they afford to keep happy employee's and clean restrooms...
