While I’ve found the staff to be polite and helpful, I continue to have issues with a laptop I purchased on contract. It’s my second contract. I got it brand new out of the box and have had issues since day1 . It was taken in for service and I was given a loaner (which was as bad as my laptop with a set of issues of its own) it took about 2 months for it to be sent off and returned. On it’s return, the laptop appeared to work okay, (although I haven’t used it much since I got it back bcz I started using something different for work when it was gone and have lost faith in the laptop itself) but here I am less than two months later trying to use the laptop and it won’t turn on. I get clicking noises. That’s it. Once again, I’m going to have to go through the whole process. This isn’t the first item I’ve purchased on contract thru Aarons, and I’d had plans to get something else when this contract was complete. Instead, I think I may just be done...

They are we’re wonderful a first loved dealing with them. We had. 2 year contract with them for a washer and dryer. Well two payments away from It being paid off. My washer acts up with error codes popping up. Well I called them they took my washer, sent It off, saying everything is fine took them 2 1/2 weeks. I paid It my last payment on the 14th. I called back the same day with the error codes. I get told to google them and figure It. I’ve called several times trying to get help. Talked to both of the sales reps there and both seemed to be able to work w me on what I was wanting. I wanted to put money down to buy the couch have them deliver it and then pay off the entire couch in 3 weeks when I get paid. They said it can be done but then they asked their manager and she talked to me about having proof of income or recent pay stubs. I told her I was a medical device sales rep I make commission and dont have pay stubs I get checks but that wasn't acceptable. So I couldnt get the couch I desperately needed.
