If I could give this a 0 out of 5, it would be a 0! Ordered a bundle, $121 with shipping and tax. Received my order fairly quick, but immediately noticed no jeans in the package. Emailed same day I received the package. I emailed her 3x before I got a response. Bev, who I was in contact with, assures me she remembered packing up my bundle, including the jeans. I felt as if she was accusing me of trying to get another pair of jeans. I assured her, the package was not tampered with, and had no jeans. I would not continue to reach out if I had the jeans. Literally she quit responding to my emails, so I contacted her via FB. Same thing, hit or miss, excuses and claims she knows she packaged jeans in there. It took a little over a MONTH Of continuous messaging her. She tells me she mailed them, “again” and I should have received them, and she would reach out to the post office. I asked for a tracking #. She had another emergency and said she would get back to me. No response after days, again. I threaten contacting BBB days later, she finally responds with an actually tracking # screen shot that she sent out my missing jeans from the bundle I purchased. Still, hasn’t given me the “other shipment” tracking info. She blamed the post office and holiday for me not receiving my jeans. I know, now she didn’t send them the 2nd time like she claimed, as she won’t give me any proof of shipment. Today, I received my jeans. I’m super excited when I see the package, open them and find they’re not even the jeans in the bundle I ordered! They are a very light shade of jeans, not at all the same style in the bundle photo she sent me before purchasing. I emailed her, thanking her for finally sending my jeans, but I’m upset they’re not even the correct l jeans from the bundle. Hell, they’re not even the same shade to match all of the bundle!!! Her excuses “I don’t have those jeans anymore”. Super unhappy with her lacking of customer service.    Read moreI went in about a week ago to try on dresses for a wedding that I’m going as a guest for. They did not have a great selection of plus size dresses so I didn’t buy one. However, I bought a necklace that I thought would work with a dress I had. I asked before buying if I could return the necklace if it didn’t work out. The salesperson said that I could return it within 30 days if I had the receipt. So I went in today to return it because I found a different dress for the wedding and the necklace wasn’t going to work with it. The two salespeople didn’t even know they did returns so they called someone, who I believe is the owner, and she said yes they did. This whole time, I believed I was going to get my money back because I didn’t need the necklace, however they only give gift certificates for returns. I should’ve asked a week ago if they were going to give me my money back but I didn’t, because if I knew that they wouldn’t give me my money back, then I wouldn’t have bought the necklace. The next week I emailed and called. Left my name and # with the person working. Of course no reply. Emailed again on the 14th. Called and finally was able to speak to the owner on the 15th. I did receive a tracking number that day, however the post office has yet to receive the package. I have called and messaged Beverly multiple times asking for an update and then ultimately a refund because I honestly do not want to support anyone who treats customers like this.
