Just had the worst service experience of my life. Purchased a home where the home automation was installed by Atlantic Smart. Clearly they are only interested in multi million dollar new installs "quote from Robert Sherman". He attended my house after a month and a half of waiting and clearly irritate that I attempted to solve any of my own problems. Was abrupt and abusive and stormed of my house when I confronted him on his behavior. Told me to find another dealer. Completely dumbfounded on how any major brand Savant and Lutron would all this person to represent them in this way. ...
Read moreAtlantic Smart installed our Dirt Devil Pro central vacuum system when our home was built. They no longer return our phone calls for service. The control board is out on our system, and it is covered under warranty. I have spoken to Frank and Debbie and have been promised return calls with nothing. Debbie even gave me Tom's cell phone number to call, which I did and got voice mail. I left a message only to not receive a call back. They have been stringing me along for 2 weeks, and the whole time I have had an inoperable system. This company will take your money and install the product. But they will not service you after.
