Flathead Running Company — Local services in Kalispell

I was up in the Kalispell area and forgot a pair of shoes to go for a quick jog. I found Flathead Running Company and went into their location. Due to being treated so well at the Bozeman Running Company, I felt guilty about giving another place my business. I was helped by the staff member and was treated so well by her, I was very happy with the service, but still was feeling bad about giving my business elsewhere. While speaking with her at the register, she explained they were owned by the Bozeman Running Company. Not only was I supporting the same place that helped me get out Running without pain, they are able to have that same great customer service at 2 different locations 5 hours away from one another. Lauren responded quickly, professional, and friendly when I messaged on IG. I went in today and I will say Pete is the type of employee who generates repeat customer. Extremely knowledgeable yet explains things in a way anyone can understand. Funny and nice guy too. Pete was the one helping me but I noticed the other woman working was also friendly, professional, and knew her stuff.

This is a REAL running store and we have been in much need of it up here in Kalispell. These guys know their stuff and they have ran plenty of miles to prove it. Go here first before you order shoes online and before you go over to Sportmans or REI. No hate but these guys provide a much better experience and have a better selection in my opinion.
