Kohl's — Local services in Kansas City

First time here. Thought I would stop in, see what I coukd find. On vacation, had some time. ▪︎Ladies dressing room a "HOT MESS", clothes still left in dressing rooms. No room to put your own stuff, you wanted to try on. No employees in site, working on returning to the sales floor. ▪︎I have never seen a Kohls store this bad. ▪︎Then the check-out area.....THey have set up all these displays you have to walk around "Jesus", didnt think I would very good around all of them. There was only one person at check-outs. ▪︎Very nice cashier (only good thing about this store). She did ask if I wanted a Bag " would be a 5 cent charge for a bag. I advised yes. I believe the only store in America that charges for a bag, when you are also paying from there Retail Store. ▪︎Which I am thinking "Sounds like they are thinking of the Environment". My cashier was very nice, so she made everything smooth. Truly appreciate that. As I walking out of the store, I am stepping down off there curb, to the parking lot (I am handicap, and have a cane). ▪︎ I happen to looking where I am stepping, to be safe of course. I notice all "Trash" that is lined up, all along the curb area, not a clean spot as far as I could see down it. ▪︎I think to my myself, they charge for bag (I think because of environment, "But then, they could care less about all the trash outfront of there business "To Help Keep America"........I think management has been ignoring a few things. Sure they let you take back things without a receipt. But they don't tell you they will give you penny's on the dollar. My husband bought 2 pairs of Levi's for my son that were to small. I went to take them back thinking I'll get a gift card and go back when I have time to shop. The tags were still on the jeans. The impolite lady in customer service rang them up. She told me I was going to get $6 back on each pair. The tag said $38. I know for a fact that's what he paid. Yes I could of just went and exchanged them but I wanted my son there to make sure of the fit. I was informed I would get back whatever the price was in the computer. I declined and took them to the scanner in the store which rang up $38. Levi's and Nike clothes are not included on the discounts. They hardly ever go on sale. I doubt very highly if Levi's (even clearance) are $6.00. I do not understand why I was only offered $6. My mother went to return a pair of pants she bought online. She paid $24.99. They offered her $3. I can't get any answers why there is a big price difference other than- that's what's in the computer. So be warned. Come Christmas if you think your going to get a reasonable price back, chances are you won't. I have always return my amazon items here in this location, it was easy & few friendly associates when returning. However, the recent 2 times has been not great, especially today. As someone who works with customers, I was shocked on the disrespect and inpatient from this employee when I was returning, it made me cry when I walked to my car and was very uncomfortable even looking or talking to her directly in that moment. I work with customers/members and there has been a miscommunication which is normal and should be handled with respect and patience by the worker. What happen was, I wasn’t sure on what items in what box for her to scan and had my codes ready, some codes worked some codes had to rescan, which I understand it is annoying back and fourth since she taped box and had to open it up which I understand it is my fault for not knowing which items are in the box when scanning. However, does not mean it is okay for her to slam the box on the table in my face, tear the box very aggressively, and make comments like “you people” etc and was being very mean by the one of her voice. The whole time I was being polite, quiet, & didn’t respond to her comments and actions to avoid conflict.
