I was double charged for an order placed through the Firehouse app. I brought this to the attention of the workers when I picked up my order. The "manager" (a teenager) told me that they do not give refunds for app purchases. I asked for a credit then for next time. She told me no, theu don't do that. I left my phone number and name and asked her to have the owner call me. A couple hours later, the "manager" called me back and told me that they do give refunds for mistakes like that, but then could not figure out how to give my card the refund. She then asked if I would accept a gift card, mailed to me, from the owners. I reluctantly said OK and gave her my address to send it. I've received nothing. I then made complaint through the app and on messenger. I was told that it's the franchisees issue and that they would contact them to contact me to get this resolved. It has not been resolved. It jas not been addressed. It keeps getting passed to "the proper team" to be dealt with, it has not been dealt with. It keeps getting passed from person to person. It seems that this is problem and I guess I need to dispute this with my bank. My family and I love firehouse sub's, but we won't be back if this isn't taken care of. Read moreThe service here use to be soooo good. Its horrible now!!! They messed up my order the 1st time after telling multiple people I wanted the sandwich plain. They put everything on it, of course. Then when I called they told me I could come back for the correct sandwich. When I went back I called ahead of time so I wouldn't have to wait long. I walked in and no one spoke. They all had attitudes. I had to ask if the sandwich sitting on the counter was mine. She told me no. So I told her my name and she was looking around and ask the other female worker if they had my order. She said no. So they told me they didnt have it, then looked onto of the oven and it was sitting over there in a bag. Once she realized it was mine the girla sked the other femal if i had ro pay, she said no then just tossed it on the counter and went back to doing what she was doing and never said anything. Sometimes I have to wait for my online order but I understand and usually wait no problem. I picked up dinner for my wife and myself on May 21,2025. Ordered two hook and ladders, both no onion and add chopped pickle and one add banana peppers and one no tomato. They seemed a little behind, but I got my order. Got home and both sandwiches had onion and tomato, no chopped pickles and I maybe 2 banana peppers. I called the store and no one answered, reached out to customer support as well as provided a feedback survey. As of today I am still waiting to hear back from the store about the matter. Bums me out because I never submit reviews. I do know I paid almost 20 dollars for two sandwiches that were not made at all correctly. To not hear back at all about the matter bums me out as well.
