Sunrise Dispensary — Local services in Kansas City

This is definitely my favorite dispensary experience in Kansas City. They have nailed the flow and minimized the stress of purchasing products in this industry. The staff is always prompt and extremely friendly, as well as knowledgeable and up-to-date on regulations and potency. They seem to be well staffed, more so than other dispensaries in the area, and it seems as though they put a focus on the care of their employees as well. I haven’t gotten to know all of the budtenders by name, but I can tell you that the manager, Bridgette, is fantastic. She is always willing to help, and will always make something work out for you if your intention was to leave with a product. This dispensary is highly recommended!

I usually shop somewhere else for flower but thought I'd try Sunrise Dispensary by the Hyvee on 64th St and am very disappointed and displeased. When I arrived, they told me it was BOGO free for all medical patients by my budtender. I bought 3 eighths and received one for free and asked him about the other and he said he would pick one out for me while I got money from the ATM, I trusted him and didn't look in my bag until I left and noticed he did not follow through. I also asked multiple questions about the different flowers and Cameron, my budtender, was clueless to most of my answers. He seemed like he was not even present, it was around 8:30pm I don't know if he mentally checked out but the service was horrible. I came home and opened my flower jars to notice that there was not even a seal. Really disappointed with how much money I spent considering the service as well as the packaging is the worst I've seen in a dispensary to far. There is no type of packaging to keep the flower fresh either and I paid $55 for an eighth. Extremely...

I stopped here as we landed at the KC airport & was on the way to our hotel. The customer service here is BEYOND amazing. The bud tenders here are very welcoming, friendly, & knowledgeable.

I came here my first day in KC and even stopped by again my last day in KC LOL. I really enjoyed the interaction with the bud tenders especially my second time!

They gave me a $10 gift card after my first visit and I had to come back to use it. I think they give them out after you spend $40 or $50.

I don’t remember the bud tender’s name on my second visit, but they were amazing. I got a second gift card on my last visit and they allowed me to gift it to another person in line. They told me I was gonna get good karma for it they were right!!

I received my good karma very shortly after this visit. I also received a gift of a nice lighter of their brand.

I have used this lighter many times and it works better than a BIC.

Honestly one of the very best dispensaries...
