Keegan is the BEST groomer. He is so gentle and caring with my dogs, who are both nervous nellies. It is clear he truly connects with animals and wants them to be comfortable as they’re being groomed. He also takes so much extra care with the grooming itself; no detail is overlooked. They always look and smell gorgeous when they are finished! I live about an hour from this location, but it seems 100% worth it when I know my dogs are being treated so well. As a side note about the store itself… the treats are all adorable - another customer joked that she was so tempted to try a dinosaur cookie, and I had to agree they looked perfect. (My dogs enjoyed the taste, but I was able to resist actually eating one, haha.) The other staff members were all personable and kind as well. I love the cute sign outside that it looks like someone hand made it. It is just a super cute shop and we will definitely be making the trip up...

This place is absolutely amazing! This was our first visit and not our last!! Mannie the store manager automatically greeted us and treated our puppy with mad respect ….Mariah and tonnie did as well!!! But Mariah did an awesome job transforming our son/ pet into the dog we knew he was . We already loved him but once me and my girlfriend came back we re-fell in love with him. I highly recommend Monday , Sunday and Thursdays if you want to take your poodle to the best of the best , not talking down on other shifts but these are the days Mariah works (:!!! Keegan is awesome! He is gentle, careful, compassionate, and knowledgeable. Besides all that, he did the most beautiful groom on my heart dog, a rough collie, that she has ever had! If she were a show dog, she would be ready to rock! We have our groomer! Thank you!

My boy collie also needed grooming so I decided to become a returning customer. He is very shy but he was so good with Keegan who gave him Keegan-cookies.
