Village at Burlington Creek — Local services in Kansas City

Have you ever been to a shopping center but forgotten which one you were at, because it looked like the other 7 new centers in town? This one caters to a slightly upscale crowd, (people who believe the addition of granite counter tops to a slapped together wood framed apartment, make it a luxury apartment worth and extra couple hundred a month) but I digress, this place has all the looks of a future abandoned strip mall, with your discount liquor store, prepaid mobile, and random smoke shop. The food was decent, but the service not so much. The cafeteria style service wasn't really a problem for me, until I asked for additional bread sticks. Its bad enough that they charge you for extra breadsticks but my server was very aggressive trying to make sure that I paid for them. As if I was going to dine and ditch on the $4 it cost me for extra breadsticks. Turned me off completely...will...
