Hy-Vee Market Grille — Restaurant in Kansas City

this is a great concept. love that you can get something to eat and drink to either before or after you shop for groceries. The deals they have is great and the bacon cheeseburger and fries is the best I've had. Now the problem, it is quickly turning into a drunking bar!! Big time. Last couple of times my wife and I have gone in there to eat, local drunks have camp out in it. This last weekend was the worst, one drunk was slamming his empty glass on the table for another drink, another at the bar kept turning and looking at me with a drunking look to wanting to fight. There was about 5-6 of these drunks in there stumbling around. Bartender had no control of her bar, and spent more time on making sure these drunks kept getting more drinks. I really thought before we ate and got out of there I would be fighting one of these fools. Management needs to solve this quickly before something really bad happens in there,...

We arrived Sunday morning at 11:20am The sign said "Please wait to be seated" so we did. 5 or 6 minutes, we had read all the menu and still standing there, someone walked by and said "Sit wherever you want" Restaurant was 20% full and the tables that were empty had dirty dishes on them or were not wiped off. There were 5 employees working but we could not figure what they were actually doing. 10 minutes later one showed up and took our order, we should have left then. We gave our order asked for water, none came My wife asked me, " should get our own water?" I said no so we waited another 10 minutes later we got our water. Such a hot mess. No one seems to know what's going on. Put in an online order (3 burgers) PAID & set the pick up time for about 45 mins later(1:15). Arrived at 1:13 & they told me they "had put a hour wait on it" I showed them my confirmation said 1:15 and all I got was "a yea sorry, it'll be a while" no one was acting busy there were multiple people just standing around like they had no idea what they were supposed to be doing. I told them I couldn't wait another hour & to just cancel my order they said they couldn't and I would have to. I showed them there was no where to cancel on my screen, then they said they could cancel it. I hope I get my $ back but I'm not...
