Quality and integrity sucks! The customer service was alright and the knowledge of the phone seemed to be ok, but what happened was pathetic. I took my iPhone 6+ in to get the front screen replaced, and ended up getting the battery replaced as well. After the battery is replaced and screen repaired (took around 10-15 minutes) in the store, I get my phone and walk out happy with what I've paid for. I get on a plane to go visit Canada that afternoon, and on the way to the airport my phone starts to continuously restart, turning on and off if I attempt to use it. At this point I hadn't dropped it, thrown it down or done anything to mistreat the phone. I literally had it in my car for music and then in my pocket. When I get off the plane in Canada, I look up everything I can online and talked to people on the phone about the problem. No help. So I call Cell N Trade and get Nick to agree to check out what is wrong since this happened 30 minutes after he "repaired" my phone and it is obviously a result of this. I get to the store after being without a phone without a week and decide to give it the benefit of the doubt and that it's whatever so long as they fix it for free. So Nick takes the phone for a day and "fixes" it and then calls me and tells me its ready to pick up. I get there and he says it was a problem with the power button and charges me $40 to replace it, which my brother had agreed to (because He was the one they called). So at that point he had agreed to pay and I would have to go through with it, I just wanted my phone and to get away from this place. On the way home, not 15 minutes later, the phone starts to do the same stuff again. This same process happened 3 more times where they said it was fixed and then nothing happened and I would have to drive back and forth to this place. This happened over the course of 1 1/2 weeks. Eventually Nick says that he doesn't know what the problem is and he cant fix it, all while denying that the problem had anything to do with him, despite the problem occurring from the original "fix". So he tells me he will give me a iPhone 6 for free, not a 6 plus because that will require more money (despite him breaking my 6 plus?), and we can just toss this one away and I will walk away with the 6. So after some more talking and discussing I eventually decide that since I'm going to get a new phone soon anyways, I couldn't be bothered and I just never want to see this store again. So I take the iPhone 6 and go home with everything seeming ok. I get home and now the phone can't connect to wifi or data and the battery is jumping around. So I go in the next day (this is like my 5th or 6th drive to this place) and tell them the problems of the phone. This is a phone that was on sale in the store. He fixes it and gives me the phone after replacing the original back plate, with a much crappier, awful looking version. The way that they label things is by sticking stickers on the phone, but then use a metal thing to scrape them off, leaving your phone with scratches everywhere on the back. So My phone had multiple scratches and drop wounds from the previous owner and felt like something put together from a scrap heap. I eventually have everything ok at this point and am just tired of fighting for my money so I leave with $120 spent and a different phone, having lost all my contacts and photos. The phone even today has multiple issues that I noticed in the first week. The speaker when you are on a phone call is pathetic and I literally can't hear anyone unless I use speaker phone, the audio on the phone sounds worse than my dad's iPhone 5c. Overall the phone that Nick was trying to sell (that I have now) had numerous problems and the quality was pathetic. This is probably the worst encounter I've ever had with customer service in the US. Pathetic store, don't bother going here. I was constantly assured that my phone was fixed and fine and that they had tested it for around 30 or more minutes, yet I would encounter a problem before I even left the store. Bad quality and...
Read moreHad a problem Iphone that the charger port were not acting up and the screen light went out. Brought it in and got a little run around with I need a new charger but even that can fail in a few weeks. Had to explain that my charger and cables works fine with my other Iphones and Ipads. It's the charger port on this phone. I was told I would need a new LCD screen to fix the screen light problem. Left the unit for repair. Got a call a couple of hours later that the screen was swapped out but did not fix the problem. No mention of the charger port being worked on. Got the recommendation to take it to AppleCare ... for a repair exchange. One of the problem that I did not mention was the 2 screws did not want to come out and that the phone was fully charged and on. You can see the shadows of the working screen, just not lit. It was received back still on and on checking the screws, still stripped and unremovable. As I did not get charged for the non service, I was not as miffed but I do question the accuracy of the technical work being performed and reported.
I tried to give the shop a second chance a month later with another phone with a dead charger port. This time the quote was just for the charger section and was a bit higher than average. Left the unit for repair. Did some more research and found several cheaper alternatives. Even order online if I want to do this myself. Called back after a couple of hours to check on status. Not even worked on yet. I asked if they sell the part if I want to DIY. They said no. I canceled the work order and said I would pick up the unit. When I went back in, no customer as when I did drop off and my unit is still bagged up, I begin to wonder if there is a tech on site all this time?
Took it up SH-99 to another place, the tech took 5 minutes to take care of the previous customer and did the work on mine while I waited. I poked around the store and added a gorilla glass screen to the work order. Both cost the same as just the single work order for CNT and I was back on the road in 30 minutes. This may be convenient for the area but leaves a lot to be desired. I'm going N in the bad...

I went in to have my battery replaced, which is a job that usually take 15-30 minutes. The owner, Nick, tells me to come back in 2 hours. Although I was shocked I obliged and came back 2 hours later and he then tells me that his technician damaged a connector pin that connects my battery to the motherboard. I was shocked!! Changing a battery is usually very simple, yet his technician damaged my laptop. Nick then tells me to come back a day later and the issue will have been resolved and the battery replaced.
I came back a day later to find out that their technician lost a screw for the back panel of my laptop as well as all the screws that connects my battery to the motherboard. If that is not enough, Nick hands me the laptop battery that I had brought in to be put into my laptop. His technician not only damaged my laptop, lost screws but also didn't do the job as asked.
When I showed discontent, Nick put the blame on me telling me that I was apprehensive from the beginning (who wouldn't when a supposedly professional technician damages my laptop for a simple battery replacement??!) and that he likes to be honest and that the battery will be replaced within the next 2 hours. How can his reputation be trusted when this happens?
I simply took my laptop and went to a more reputable laptop repair shop, who charged me the same amount but did a quality job versus...
