Update: I was pleased to see that the wheel polish rollers were replaced and the washing bay was in full swing with all the right amount of chemicals working through the dispensing machine. The employees are amazing as always. Thanks to Niko and the other two gentleman who are always pleasant and willing to help and listen. I have fairly edited my review after seeing a considerable improvement in the over all business system. Thank you.

I arrived at Tidal Wave on the evening of 09/25/2022. It was around 8:00 PM. I decided to get the monthly subscription of the most expensive package that they have, which is around $ 30.00. After I paid with my credit card at the car wash entry kiosk, I was told by the employee that there machines/ car wash bay is not working. Coming from a customer service background, I completely understand that it's not the employee(s) fault. Infact, the young man Mr. Ramon was extremely apologetic and was very courteous. After a few minutes of conversation, I decided that I will return tomorrow morning when the cleaning bay is up and running. Giving the business a benefit of doubt and considering that I was fortunate to have a very courteous young man who was kind and professional enough to make it up next day. I went to Tidal Wave next morning around 10:00 AM. I was greeted by Ramon and he was very courteous and recognized me from last night. Now the disappointment ; Having choose the top of the line cleaning package, the wheel polish was not working. Ramon was once again very understanding and handed me a brush and wheel shine spray after I was out of the car wash bay and noticed that the wheel shine that the package promised is non-existent. The only reason I did not asked for a refund and did not cancelled my subscription is because of the fine young gentleman Mr. Ramon and Manager Mr. Nico. The package promised does not do what it promises on the kiosk sign and just do nothing more than a 3rd rate regular wash. I am very disappointed as I thought this new place would be my go to car wash but with my over all experience with machines not working after being charged, the wheel shine in-operative next day and overall car wash quality is sub-standard, I don't think that I will renew my subscription or recommend this car wash business to anyone else. As me and the affected neighbors would like be engaged during the process of implementation. As any action from your side will only reduce the noise level to certain level, the affected residents will still have to spend our own time and money to further dampen the noise to a tolerable level so we can still hangout in our backyards. Right this is not possible during your operations time.
Reply: Good to know you taking action on this. However the trees are only planted at a very small section. Would appreciate if they are extended the entire perimeter of your boundary facing the neighborhood. Also please see the attached photos below for the recommended modification to significantly reduce the noise from my visit to your car wash in January.
This car wash is nuisance to the neighborhood. They refuse to install noise barrier around their property despite promises from the site manager. The noise exceeds 70 dB at my fence. Everyone should help to boycott this place until this is resolved. Their noisy vacuum turbine room is neither sound proofed not silencer installed on the muffler. Read moreI paid the $20 fee which is a pretty expensive service and I got nothing but a car full of foam and a bad attitude from the manager. The cleaning machine was not working properly so they asked me to go through another time which was even worse. The employee said it was acting like that the whole afternoon, so why they did not shut down? Instead, I got there about 7:50 pm and they were still letting customers pay even knowing I would not get the car cleaned. The worst part was the attitude of the manager that asked the employee to run some water over my car to at least clean the foam. When I tried to vacuum, it was turned off because they finally closed, but before I could “finish” the work. I just asked to come back tomorrow to have my service and was ignored because the last two employees were there in their first week and did not know how to proceed, while the manager just went home. I still want my money back, so tomorrow I will stop by and ask for a full service or my money back. Why did I decide to wash my car today? Such a bad service to make me waste my time...
