I waited for a while as there was just a trainee at the counter and the manger was somewhere else in the store. I didn't much mind the over 5 minutes to order, but it was how the manger acted when she came back to work. Maybe it was a busy morning whatever, but I at least expected some sort of nice service. She didn't even look at me as I ordered or apologized for the wait. The receipt machine was broken so I stood there for a minute or two as she struggled with that. Then there was no other communication that my transaction was completed.. so I just walked to the pick up counter where I watched the manger make someone else's drink who was behind me in line and the trainee gave me my pumpkin bread broken up in the bag, then finally made my drink after warming up someone else's food order. The extra wait was something that was minor that ended up making me more frustrated by the service I received. I was in a great mood this morning but not much anymore. Providing 2 stars because the last time I came here it was a different employee who was great...

Update: came back again same girl at the counter Emily, tried giving it a chance .. she was rude yet again.. in talking to my husband to get his order .. she chimed in talking over me with sarcastic commentary that was not needed…
