I wish i could give a zero. I deeply regret enrolling in Roxell EMT School. My experience with this program was not only disappointing, but emotionally distressing and incredibly unprofessional. When I informed the school that I was pregnant and wanted to withdraw, I was told I couldn’t get a refund — only that they could “freeze” my enrollment. Wanting to push through, I stayed and nearly completed the course, but was later unable to meet a physical clearance requirement due to medical restrictions from my doctor during pregnancy. When I asked to freeze the course again until after delivery, the school refused and failed me instead.

After giving birth, I reached out to re-enroll and was told I’d get a discount — but no one would tell me what that discount was. On top of that, I was told there were no class openings for a long time, even though spots were clearly available online if I paid full tuition.

The director, Ade Olanrewaju, was especially unprofessional — slow to respond, dismissive, and completely lacking in empathy. I was met with coldness and hostility during a time I needed basic understanding and support. I feel humiliated, disrespected, and taken advantage of.

If you value integrity, compassion, and respect — especially during life circumstances that may be out of your control — I strongly urge you to look elsewhere. This school does not care about its students. Only their money. That never happened! The only thing i said was i am gonna talk...

The instructor was great but the owner charged a reschedule fee even though the company rescheduled on my husband the first time due to Hurricane Harvey. When they called to reschedule I explained that this was his only day off for sure and I would do my best to schedule another day because he started a new job and he could be called in on any day. I was told by the person on the phone (not the owner) that it was ok to reschedule due to the circumstances of them rescheduling and I would not be penalized. I had to reschedule several times for him as I expected due to his job but he made it to class today. He was forced to pay a rescheduling fee or they would not give him his CPR certificate!!! The owner called and was rude and would not reverse it and kept referring me to the small print at the bottom of the invoice that states you are allowed to reschedule twice within 30 days. It never mentions a fee! Wow! So much for customer service! I cannot believe an owner of a company would reschedule on a customer and when the customer reschedules a fee is charged! Never was a fee mentioned over the phone or in the emails when I actually did the rescheduling! I will be reversing the fee with my credit card company. I gave the owner several options to take care of this but she adamantly refused and told me she would fight me if I tried to...

I just want to start off by saying that this is the best school for EMT-B hands down. As I was looking around for EMS schools I came across many that started off with 6 months or online; I was looking for a course that wasn’t too long. That’s when I came across ROXELL and met the Lead instructor Mr.Beni and he gave me a brief schedule about the course. I was a little skeptical when they said the course would only take 3 months with the clinicals. Decided to go through with it and y’all the team at ROXELL do not joke around and will help you with whatever you need to be successful! Ms.McKenzie helped a lot with castlebranch and any other questions I had outside of class. Mr.Beni knows his stuff very well and helped our class understand and be well informed about everything. He is an amazing and fun instructor. I like when you ask him a question that you don’t know he’ll answer it and won’t make you feel dumb. I remember him saying that this course/subject is like learning another language and he did his best to teach us and get us to do our best. I would drive an hour to get to school and it is worth it. Thank you again I wouldn’t have been able to pass and get here if it wasn’t for how he taught us. I will now recommend anyone who is trying to get into this field to go with ROXELL. Thank...
