Edit for clarity: The staff is friendly and I have no issues with any of them. The real problem is whatever repair service they use, whether it's in-house or contracted it needs to be addressed. Repairs should not come back more damaged than when you sent them in. Thank you to the entire staff for trying to help, but you absolutely must find a solution to the long wait times and bad repairs.

Update: Don't know why, but my ring is constantly being delayed for pickup. I bought it 12/4 and was told it would be ready by 12/25, which means 3 weeks in total. Still kind of long, but whatever. I showed up 26 to pick it up, and it wasn't there. Was told Friday. I call Friday and it's now Tuesday. I call Tuesday and I am told to wait again for the end of the week. I get it's the holidays, but wth is going on here? My repair tracker is broken and hasn't worked since day 1, and the estimates I keep getting on when my repair is supposed to be done are all wrong. Edit 1.4.2025: Picked up my ring, was willing to let it all go and let bygones be bygones, until I noticed the damage. My God, never buying from Kay's again. How does a resize take one full month and yet still come back messed up?

I called just to see if since there were customers in the store if I could quickly pick up my daughter's ring and not only was Aaliyah rude but very condescending. I live in the area but work an hour away , I came straight off of I-10 and noticed the store open from the access road and explained that to the young lady I spoke to and she said "that's too bad."
