ANYONE THAT EVER CAME IN CONTACT WITH ME KNOWS IM A RESPECTFUL PERSON BUT I CANT WAIT TO MOVE SINCE I MOVED HERE THE PERSON DOWNSTAIRS UNDER ME HAS BEEN A PROBLEM CONSTANTLY HITTING ON THE CEILING THROUGHOUT THE DAY. LAST WEEKEND I RECEIVED A CALL AROUND 3 OR 4 PM DUE TO A NOISE COMPLAINT. I THEN EXPLAINED HOW I CONSTANTLY DEAL WIT THE PEOPLE DOWNSTAIRS HITTING ON MY CEILING THROUGHOUT THE DAY WHEN I HAVE A 3YR OLD . I WAS TOLD THEY WAS GOING TO TALK TO THEM. I GUESS SINCE THAT DIDNT WORK TODAY I GET A NOTICE ON MY DOOR SAYING I HAVE A NOISE COMPLAINT DUE TO CONSTANT STOMPING AND RUNNING AT NIGHT WHAT REASON I HAVE TO DO THESE THINGS I'M STARTING TO FEEL LIKE IM NOT WANTED HERE BECAUSE LAST WEEK IT WAS 3PM THIS WEEK ITS LATE AT NIGHT WHEN ME AND MY KIDS BARELY BE HERE AND MY KIDS ARE IN BED EVERY NIGHT BEFORE 10 WHEN WE ARE HERE. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!! If I could give ZERO I would. Also DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE POSITIVE REVIEWS. They offer incentives for good reviews. Go through the reviews and notice how many ā€œthumbs upā€ the bad reviews have. Because this is the REAL experience of residents and not the fake ones people give for free food/giftcards. Also explains why their yelp rating is 1.4 stars because they don’t incentivize those. That’s the TRUE rating of this place. One incident was waking up in the middle of the night to the security guard who used his master key to enter IN OUR APARTMENT, lurking around with a flashlight saying he thought there was a fire(it was the dryer vent…) without even trying to knock first. Imagine my shock waking up to a strange man standing in my bedroom doorway in the middle of the night. I have never experienced anything like it, it traumatized me and I was scared to be at my apartment alone after. A little concerning that random men from unreliable contracted security companies have access to your apartment whenever! So if you don’t want strangers lurking/having access in your apartment, I would choose somewhere else. Also got robbed in broad daylight at 2pm in my parking space right outside of my apartment. Then as I pleaded and screamed and cried while this man had me in a chokehold that I was getting robbed to the community maintenance man working nearby to help me, he just stood there and did nothing. My neighbor eventually came out and helped after he heard me screaming thankfully. When I reported it to the office, she didn’t even say sorry, she just immediately said ā€œhmm that doesn’t sound like something he would doā€ ……… insanity. Her reaction and the maintenance man’s makes me think it happens often… Wouldn’t be surprised since the gate worked 1/12 months that I lived there. Anyone can get in at anytime. All the communities around fix their gates right away but not territory! Then I received my move out charges and at the bottom it said ā€œcontact community manager for how to payā€ well I sent over 10 emails to them with no response. Don’t bother trying to call, no one ever answers. Called everyday for 2 weeks. Note, I had the community, leasing agent and community manager all cc’ed on this with no response. I will attach photos with the attempts just so they can’t claim anything else :) then I was FINALLY told to login to the resident portal to pay which I couldn’t do. Also, I loved her response to me saying I couldn’t login to the portal to which she responded ā€œunsureā€ … WHAT DO YOU MEAN unsure…how do I pay my damn bill!! Finally after emailing every day for weeks, I was finally told I would have to send in a money order and then got sent to collections before I could even get over there to give the money order. SO FRUSTRATING after trying for almost 2 months to prevent this exact situation from happening. Literally shocked and appalled at the poor management of this place. Which has been through THREE managers in one year. Hmm wonder why. THEY DO NOT CARE. I ignored some of the bad reviews bc there were the few good ones but now that I realized those were incentivized, I wish I would have listened to the REAL reviews. I am begging you to save yourself the trouble that I wish I could have.

Somehow my review is missing. do NOT live here! My move-out experience at Territory at Greenhouse included excessive charges and unethical practices. While I accept responsibility for legitimate damages (my bed and TV caused marks on the floor), the rest of the fees were inflated or outright fabricated. The Breakdown: Legitimate Charges: I understand being charged for floor damage from my bed and TV—fair wear and tear, though the initial $300 quote for minor dents was unreasonable. False Key Charge: They added a $180 "key charge" despite me returning all keys (Yale, house, garage, and mail) exactly as received. The mail key was given ti the front office because I walked out and locked the door and remembered I still had it. Suspicious Adjustments: Their revised bill reduced other fees but added the fake key charge, keeping the total the same—proving they just wanted my money under any excuse. Unethical Conduct: Theft & Destruction: Maintenance stole my $800 oak table from the garage (claiming the manager "wanted the space") and threw it in the trash with no apology. Stolen Scooter: They took my brand-new, boxed scooter and only returned it after I confronted them. Zero Accountability: Ignored all requests for documentation or explanations.= for two years so far. Final Verdict: While I own the bed/TV floor damage, Territory inflates costs, invents charges (like the keys), and steals from residents. Always demand itemized receipts and fight back—they prey on those who don’t. Avoid this place if you expect fairness.

So if you don’t want strangers lurking/having access in your apartment, I would choose somewhere else. Also got robbed in broad daylight at 2pm in my parking space right outside of my apartment. Then as I pleaded and screamed and cried while this man had me in a chokehold that I was getting robbed to the community maintenance man working nearby to help me, he just stood there and did nothing. My neighbor eventually came out and helped after he heard me screaming thankfully. When I reported it to the office, she didn’t even say sorry, she just immediately said ā€œhmm that doesn’t sound like something he would doā€ ……… insanity. Her reaction and the maintenance man’s makes me think it happens often… Wouldn’t be surprised since the gate worked 1/12 months that I lived there. Anyone can get in at anytime. All the communities around fix their gates right away but not territory! Then I received my move out charges and at the bottom it said ā€œcontact community manager for how to payā€ well I sent over 10 emails to them with no response. Don’t bother trying to call, no one ever answers. Called everyday for 2 weeks. Note, I had the community, leasing agent and community manager all cc’ed on this with no response. I will attach photos with the attempts just so they can’t claim anything else :) then I was FINALLY told to login to the resident portal to pay which I couldn’t do. Also, I loved her response to me saying I couldn’t login to the portal to which she responded ā€œunsureā€ … WHAT DO YOU MEAN unsure…how do I pay my damn bill!! Finally after emailing every day for weeks, I was finally told I would have to send in a money order and then got sent to collections before I could even get over there to give the money order. SO FRUSTRATING after trying for almost 2 months to prevent this exact situation from happening. Literally shocked and appalled at the poor management of this place. Which has been through THREE managers in one year. Hmm wonder why. THEY DO NOT CARE. I ignored some of the bad reviews bc there were the few good ones but now that I realized those were incentivized, I wish I would have listened to the REAL reviews. I am begging you to save yourself the trouble that I wish I could have.

Somehow my review is missing. do NOT live here! My move-out experience at Territory at Greenhouse included excessive charges and unethical practices. While I accept responsibility for legitimate damages (my bed and TV caused marks on the floor), the rest of the fees were inflated or outright fabricated. The Breakdown: Legitimate Charges: I understand being charged for floor damage from my bed and TV—fair wear and tear, though the initial $300 quote for minor dents was unreasonable. False Key Charge: They added a $180 "key charge" despite me returning all keys (Yale, house, garage, and mail) exactly as received. The mail key was given ti the front office because I walked out and locked the door and remembered I still had it. Suspicious Adjustments: Their revised bill reduced other fees but added the fake key charge, keeping the total the same—proving they just wanted my money under any excuse. Unethical Conduct: Theft & Destruction: Maintenance stole my $800 oak table from the garage (claiming the manager "wanted the space") and threw it in the trash with no apology. Stolen Scooter: They took my brand-new, boxed scooter and only returned it after I confronted them. Zero Accountability: Ignored all requests for documentation or explanations.= for two years so far. Final Verdict: While I own the bed/TV floor damage, Territory inflates costs, invents charges (like the keys), and steals from residents. Always demand itemized receipts and fight back—they prey on those who don’t. Avoid this place if you expect fairness.

LAST WEEKEND I RECEIVED A CALL AROUND 3 OR 4 PM DUE TO A NOISE COMPLAINT. I THEN EXPLAINED HOW I CONSTANTLY DEAL WIT THE PEOPLE DOWNSTAIRS HITTING ON MY CEILING THROUGHOUT THE DAY WHEN I HAVE A 3YR OLD . I WAS TOLD THEY WAS GOING TO TALK TO THEM. Okay. This is an updated review.

I don’t recommend!

Front Gate never works/ is always broken. Back gates sensor is weird so you have to scoot VERY close. Codes didn’t work. They power washed 4 buildings and left the other ones so they’re extremely dirty There’s CONSTANTLY trash in the yards Their odd solution to having no parking was to give each building 1-2 reserved spots for 1-2 residents INSTEAD of making everyone put the parking sticker in ONE spot of the car and making reserved parking for residents only OR making all the spots surrounding the buildings residents only and making guests park in a designated area. Keyless entry doesn’t work anymore.. Grill area is dirty at the pool. No shades on ANY of the 7 tables in the back area. Grill area is dirty there. You can’t reserve amenities anymore.

It just overall needs help. I’ve been here 2 years and it’s gone downhill.

Updated Review - July 2023:

People with dogs do not clean up after their dogs.

Management: You can voice your opinion to them all you want, you probably won’t get a response. They did not write me back.

Food Trucks: Literally all Mexican. Don’t get me wrong, I love Mexican food but how many tacos can one eat? It's never American, cajun, dessert trucks, soul food or anything else. It's just the same menu with a different company every time. This year alone, we’ve had the same food truck SEVEN times: Taqueria Ecatepec: 1/16, 2/9, 2/21, 3/16, 4/17, 5/12. They finally started to add new stuff.

Gate: Gate never works. ALL 3 GATES!!!! Ever. Either the gates are broken, or the call box isn’t working, and nobody can get in unless someone is coming out and everyone trails behind. People are constantly running into the gate and breaking it. The gate doesnt work right now.

Pool: Constant loud parties at the pool.

Business Center: I couldn’t tell you where this is. Never saw it.

Clubhouse: The clubhouse is beautiful. There aren’t many hosted events in there anymore. I would at least recommend hosting an event once a month.

Dog park and dog wash: The dog wash station has no water or hose. The dog water fountain does not work - and NEVER worked. It’s there for decor. There’s always trash in there as well.

Maintenance/ On-call maintenance: When i moved in, my fridge filter light came on, they came and changed it. A week later it came on again, they wouldnt come change the filter and told me i had to buy the filter bc the initial one was free even though it was a week later. I think the filter was used. The same thing happened to my stove light. It blew a week after they ā€œreplacedā€ it.

Garages: Constantly off the hinges. They are not worth $100 i believe they were $50 or $75 before.

Parking: HATE THE TOW PEOPLE. They will tow you for anything. They look for it.

Security - The man sleeps in his backseat. The woman is constantly on the phone or watching videos all night at the pool. This is precisely why people’s cars have been tampered with so easily. Cars on bricks etc.

Fitness center - I think we have a nice gym, but the rower? Constantly broke. No kettles, no ab machine.

The apartment itself is nice, clean, upgraded, and works well, but I have had my rent raised every year, and it is not worth it. I’ve toured all the apartments on the street and can say confidently that this one overcharges by maybe $150-$300. All the apartments a roughly the same price within $150 +/- but have WAY more to offer, such as movie theaters, hibachi grills, a wider range of food trucks, dog stations that include towels and shampoo, conference rooms, fitness centers with heated towels, constant events and community areas for kids to play in, bean bag toss, etc.

Although the apartments are very nice on the outside as well as inside there are quite a few issues that have come into play during my stay here.First things first I work out of town and I had a friend of mine to come over to my apartment to check on it and she tells me that there is a notice on my door the notice stated that an individual called into the office and told them that I was smoking on my patio when I am back to work out of town this resulted in a lease violation and I couldn’t get home fast enough to really speak with management in reference to the situation when I finally went to the office I got home and spoke to the manager she ended up retracting the lease violation which could go against my rental history. Second I actually rented a two bedroom apartment which is nice if I may re-iterate however they charged me $100 nonrefundable for a second key win I would think that if you find a two bedroom apartment you should receive a second key or two sets of keys not the case here third I hear every single thing from the baby crying next-door to me near the wall where my headboard sits and there’s no other place for my headboard to go in the room I can hear every conversation from my neighbors there is a family that also moved above me and you can hear everything which means there’s no vapor barrierā€˜s in between the ceiling in the floors above me furthermore I live in an apartment that is fairly close to the parking lot in the front of the building however there is never any parking available and the building is nowhere near fully occupied the office staff continues to harass you however Esther is very good at what she does and she’s very friendly as well as Adriana I did inquire about moving out of the apartment early and paying whatever it was due for me to move out and the gentleman in the office told me that basically I was stuck here for the full lease term in to read my lease well my lease states that you are allowed per the addendum to move out if you give a 60 days notice and pay the additional monies which is fine but I would prefer if the office staff are knowledgeable some of the information that they have you to sign upon completion of your lease agreement. It seems as if they don’t really do background checks here at the complex because we’ve seen quite a few police officers here rating apartments and we have no access to the security officer also every time I come home from a long work trip my bathroom smells of marijuana which is coming from another individual’s apartment it’s stinks. Overall with the amount of money that you would pay to lease here I would say to definitely find another place especially if you live alone in preferred to have your quiet time because there is no quiet time here at this complex. And if I could touch bases on the fact that they sent me a lease violation for someone that stated they saw me on the patio smoking a cigarette when I am in fact was out of town at the time but as you drive through the complex you see cigarette butts as well as individuals smoking on their apartment balconies day in and day out and nothing is ever done about it. Find a better place to live When you call the office and have them to touch bases with you in reference to a situation they don’t have the information to provide to you I wouldn’t say that this place is all bad but I don’t have much good to say especially with the fact that I have to park on the other side of the apartment complex when my building is in fact near a gate with...
