ANYONE THAT EVER CAME IN CONTACT WITH ME KNOWS IM A RESPECTFUL PERSON BUT I CANT WAIT TO MOVE SINCE I MOVED HERE THE PERSON DOWNSTAIRS UNDER ME HAS BEEN A PROBLEM CONSTANTLY HITTING ON THE CEILING THROUGHOUT THE DAY. LAST WEEKEND I RECEIVED A CALL AROUND 3 OR 4 PM DUE TO A NOISE COMPLAINT. I THEN EXPLAINED HOW I CONSTANTLY DEAL WIT THE PEOPLE DOWNSTAIRS HITTING ON MY CEILING THROUGHOUT THE DAY WHEN I HAVE A 3YR OLD . I WAS TOLD THEY WAS GOING TO TALK TO THEM. I GUESS SINCE THAT DIDNT WORK TODAY I GET A NOTICE ON MY DOOR SAYING I HAVE A NOISE COMPLAINT DUE TO CONSTANT STOMPING AND RUNNING AT NIGHT WHAT REASON I HAVE TO DO THESE THINGS I'M STARTING TO FEEL LIKE IM NOT WANTED HERE BECAUSE LAST WEEK IT WAS 3PM THIS WEEK ITS LATE AT NIGHT WHEN ME AND MY KIDS BARELY BE HERE AND MY KIDS ARE IN BED EVERY NIGHT BEFORE 10 WHEN WE ARE HERE. NO ONE TRIED TO SEE WHAT WAS GOING ON THEY JUST TOOK THE PERSON DOWNSTAIRS WORD NOTHING IS SOUNDPROOF IN THESE APARTMENTS I HEAR WHEN PEOPLE WALKING UP AND DOWN THE STAIRS I DONT PAY THIS MUCH TO STAY OVER HERE TO GO THROUGH THIS I LIKED THESE APARTMENTS BUT I'M STARTING TO LOOK ELSEWHERE I REALLY FEEL LIKE IM BEING PICKED ON EVERYTHING THEY WROTE IN THIS LETTER SHOULD HAVE WENT TO THE PERSON DOWNSTAIRS BECAUSE NOW IM DEFINITELY NOT COMFORTABLE HERE LAST WEEK A 3PM OR 4PM PHONE CALL AND THIS WEEK THIS AND JUDGING FROM THIS LETTER THEY ALREADY FELT THE PERSON DOWNSTAIRS STATEMENT TO BE TRUE I DONT LIKE CONFLICT SO ME AND MY DAUGHTERS WILL BE FINDING US SOMEWHERE ELSE WE FEEL WELCOMED. ALSO IN THE LEASE IT SAID 1 VEHICLE PER LEASEHOLDER WHEN ALOT OF TIMES I DONT HAVE ANYWHERE TO PARK IM JUST SAYING THIS A VISIBLE ISSUE THATS NOT ADDRESSED I DEFINITELY CONTACTED MY ATTORNEY AND FORWARDED MY LEASE AGREEMENT BECAUSE THIS PERSON IS A NUISANCE I WILL NOT STAY HERE ANOTHER 12 MONTHS AND GET HARASSED OVER SOMETHING ONE PERSON SAID WHICH IS FALSE BECAUSE ME AND MY KIDS WILL NOT SCOOT OR MOONWALK ACROSS THE FLOOR IN SOMETHING I PAY THIS MUCH FOR AND DEFINITELY OVER SOMETHING I CANT CONTROL. Front Gate never works/ is always broken. Back gates sensor is weird so you have to scoot VERY close. Codes didnāt work. They power washed 4 buildings and left the other ones so theyāre extremely dirty Thereās CONSTANTLY trash in the yards Their odd solution to having no parking was to give each building 1-2 reserved spots for 1-2 residents INSTEAD of making everyone put the parking sticker in ONE spot of the car and making reserved parking for residents only OR making all the spots surrounding the buildings residents only and making guests park in a designated area. Keyless entry doesnāt work anymore.. Grill area is dirty at the pool. No shades on ANY of the 7 tables in the back area. Grill area is dirty there. You canāt reserve amenities anymore.
It just overall needs help. Iāve been here 2 years and itās gone downhill.

People with dogs do not clean up after their dogs.
Management: You can voice your opinion to them all you want, you probably wonāt get a response. They did not write me back.
Food Trucks: Literally all Mexican. Donāt get me wrong, I love Mexican food but how many tacos can one eat? It's never American, cajun, dessert trucks, soul food or anything else. It's just the same menu with a different company every time. This year alone, weāve had the same food truck SEVEN times: Taqueria Ecatepec: 1/16, 2/9, 2/21, 3/16, 4/17, 5/12. They finally started to add new stuff.
Gate: Gate never works. ALL 3 GATES!!!! Ever. Either the gates are broken, or the call box isnāt working, and nobody can get in unless someone is coming out and everyone trails behind. People are constantly running into the gate and breaking it. The gate doesnt work right now.
Pool: Constant loud parties at the pool.
Business Center: I couldnāt tell you where this is. Never saw it.
Clubhouse: The clubhouse is beautiful. There arenāt many hosted events in there anymore. I would at least recommend hosting an event once a month.
Dog park and dog wash: The dog wash station has no water or hose. The dog water fountain does not work - and NEVER worked. Itās there for decor. Thereās always trash in there as well.
Maintenance/ On-call maintenance: When i moved in, my fridge filter light came on, they came and changed it. A week later it came on again, they wouldnt come change the filter and told me i had to buy the filter bc the initial one was free even though it was a week later. I think the filter was used. The same thing happened to my stove light. It blew a week after they āreplacedā it.
Garages: Constantly off the hinges. They are not worth $100 i believe they were $50 or $75 before.
Parking: HATE THE TOW PEOPLE. They will tow you for anything. They look for it.
Security - The man sleeps in his backseat. The woman is constantly on the phone or watching videos all night at the pool. This is precisely why peopleās cars have been tampered with so easily. Cars on bricks etc.
Fitness center - I think we have a nice gym, but the rower? Constantly broke. No kettles, no ab machine.
The apartment itself is nice, clean, upgraded, and works well, but I have had my rent raised every year, and it is not worth it. Iāve toured all the apartments on the street and can say confidently that this one overcharges by maybe $150-$300. All the apartments a roughly the same price within $150 +/- but have WAY more to offer, such as movie theaters, hibachi grills, a wider range of food trucks, dog stations that include towels and shampoo, conference rooms, fitness centers with heated towels, constant events and community areas for kids to play in, bean bag toss, etc.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreAlthough the apartments are very nice on the outside as well as inside there are quite a few issues that have come into play during my stay here.First things first I work out of town and I had a friend of mine to come over to my apartment to check on it and she tells me that there is a notice on my door the notice stated that an individual called into the office and told them that I was smoking on my patio when I am back to work out of town this resulted in a lease violation and I couldnāt get home fast enough to really speak with management in reference to the situation when I finally went to the office I got home and spoke to the manager she ended up retracting the lease violation which could go against my rental history. Second I actually rented a two bedroom apartment which is nice if I may re-iterate however they charged me $100 nonrefundable for a second key win I would think that if you find a two bedroom apartment you should receive a second key or two sets of keys not the case here third I hear every single thing from the baby crying next-door to me near the wall where my headboard sits and thereās no other place for my headboard to go in the room I can hear every conversation from my neighbors there is a family that also moved above me and you can hear everything which means thereās no vapor barrierās in between the ceiling in the floors above me furthermore I live in an apartment that is fairly close to the parking lot in the front of the building however there is never any parking available and the building is nowhere near fully occupied the office staff continues to harass you however Esther is very good at what she does and sheās very friendly as well as Adriana I did inquire about moving out of the apartment early and paying whatever it was due for me to move out and the gentleman in the office told me that basically I was stuck here for the full lease term in to read my lease well my lease states that you are allowed per the addendum to move out if you give a 60 days notice and pay the additional monies which is fine but I would prefer if the office staff are knowledgeable some of the information that they have you to sign upon completion of your lease agreement. It seems as if they donāt really do background checks here at the complex because weāve seen quite a few police officers here rating apartments and we have no access to the security officer also every time I come home from a long work trip my bathroom smells of marijuana which is coming from another individualās apartment itās stinks. Overall with the amount of money that you would pay to lease here I would say to definitely find another place especially if you live alone in preferred to have your quiet time because there is no quiet time here at this complex. And if I could touch bases on the fact that they sent me a lease violation for someone that stated they saw me on the patio smoking a cigarette when I am in fact was out of town at the time but as you drive through the complex you see cigarette butts as well as individuals smoking on their apartment balconies day in and day out and nothing is ever done about it. Find a better place to live When you call the office and have them to touch bases with you in reference to a situation they donāt have the information to provide to you I wouldnāt say that this place is all bad but I donāt have much good to say especially with the fact that I have to park on the other side of the apartment complex when my building is in fact near a gate with...
