If you want your hair butchered then this is the place to go! Be sure to ask for Paulina! I’ve never had such a horrible experience at a place of business. I’ve never seen such a horrified look on my son’s face as I did today when he watched her chop his beautiful, full locks off!!!! We asked for a trim and not only did she cut, but she took huge hunks out of his hair with thinning shears and made him have a huge gap in his bangs - as if he had a triangle missing out of the front of his bangs! It looked like a two year old took scissors to his hair. The worst part is she was not even sorry about it, but said “everyone cuts hair differently “ - that wasn’t a haircut!! She literally butchered it!!! Jose came to the rescue and took over the mess she made. At least he showed some empathy towards my son as she didn’t even care that she upset him so bad. Jose even looked disgusted at what she did to his hair, and unsure how to fix it. He was able to make it look semi-decent, but nothing like the style my son wears his hair. The worst part is my son said “ my hair is going to be ugly for my birthday.” I’m just devastated. He’s been growing his hair out for months and this heartless “hairstylist” chopped it off without a care in the world. It was the icing on the cake for me that she was so unprofessional; as she was leaving she came to the front to cash out for the day and LAUGHED and said “I’m not even going to worry about it” to the girl working the front register. I will never go back to this place of business and Paulina is the absolute reason for it. Careless rude,...

We booked a last minute appointment for 6:30 when they close at 7. Our stylist (Stephanie, I think?) was amazing. She tolerated my kiddo's fidgets, even though I saw at least one time when he moved right as she was approaching with the clippers. If it caused a mistake, she blended it well to make it look polished in the end. She gave him what he asked for and then made suggestions to improve based on his personal head of hair (cowlicks), which he took and he's happy with the result. Lauren at the front desk was helpful and cheerful as well. We have been searching for a new regular place since our long time stylist stopped working, and we will be back! There was another gentleman there waiting with his son who appeared to be a walk-in. I was (1) pleased they hadn't made me wait when I had an appointment to fit him in and (2) happy to see that another stylist agreeably stayed late to help them after her last client of the day...

I've visited V's Barbershop about four or five times now, each visit with a different barber, and every experience has been consistently excellent. Today, Rebecca, one of the newer barbers at V's, was the lucky one tasked with transforming me from looking homeless to handsome—and she nailed it.

Rebecca was not only professional but also warm, personable, and genuinely funny. We chatted comfortably about life, parenthood, and even our shared penchant for risk-taking adventures. She shaped my beard expertly and made the whole experience feel effortless and enjoyable.
