I bought a ballet bodysuit for my daughter, she was first class with this bodysuit but the strap kept falling off, even she was getting irritated by it... and obviously there would be no way to check it when she tried it on in the store , only when she was moving and since she is 3 years old and learning to speak (she has difficulty speaking), she wouldn't know how to tell me at that exact minute in the store that the bodysuit was irritating her, so, I decided to return it, in the We didn't like the product, it didn't meet our expectations, besides all that, it's super expensive, I took it back and they refused to give my money back, the clothes are clean, usable and in perfect condition and they don't explain anything about the policy from the store (except for 14 days and if it was in good condition)... And I followed all these guidelines, but the store does NOT want to refund my money. I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone, I have 2 people interested in buying ballet clothes, I already told them : go check it out on Amazon, much better clothes and very good prices, but never this store again, they want to force me to keep a product that is not It's good for me, I've never seen this,...

They have Excellent people working there there are so nice❤ I got new Ballet Shoes and they sized me my feet are so wide they were so patient and they fit really well!😀 They have an Amazing family company. They have really cute leotards! I keep on coming here and it just gets better every time. I lost my pointe shoes and I have a dance competition in a week. We came to Neverland and they helped us right then. The manager stayed late and attached the ribbons and elastic. If you are a dancer you know you takes time to get it just right. She was so patient and understanding. I got the perfect shoes and the perfect service. If I could give Neverland Emporium 6 stars I would! Thank you so...

My daughter lost her Pointe shoes!! We walked into Neverland Emporium on a Saturday afternoon, hoping that somehow they could fit my daughter for new pointe shoes. Marnie, the manager was more than happy to help us. She spent the time to fit my daughter for her shoes and even stayed after her shift to sew on her ribbons. We wouldn't have time to go back and pick them up later. While Marnie was helping us, her other employees showed up and jumped in and were so helpful. Definitely check this place out for your...
