My wife was treated very poorly when trying to pick up one photo. The clerk named Lisa helped people in front of her to do some passports and said the process will take 10 minutes. She did not acknowledge my wife and just left her standing there. So my wife pushed the button to ask for help. The Clerk Lisa came brushed up against my wife and turned off the button. Said nothing and continued her work, My wife said I need help. She said I helping them. My wife stated you haven't even acknowledged me to let me know about the wait. Lisa replied, I assumed that you saw me that you knew I would help them. My wife responded what poor standard of customer service. Lisa arrogantly shrugged her shoulders and said okay. Then my wife said since they walked to the counter can you get my picture I have a baby in car. She ignored her. My wife asked her to multi task. Lisa yelled I am multi tasking, I am helping them with their passports! Lisa obviously doesn't know the definition of multi-tasking. My wife then asked her to call for a manager, the staff leader came. Said there is no manager here today so I can not doing anything about it. My wife stated I want to file a formal complaint. They said okay. The staff lead took my name and number and guess what? No one has called to resolve the issue. Surprise, surprise. What a toxic environment with very low standards of customer service. I told my wife we are never coming back to this store again. What a huge...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe kaysville Walgreens pharmacy staff is absolutely awful! I needed my prescription filled on a Sunday, they close at 5 and I rushed in and got in line ten minutes before they closed. The staff member took their sweet time checking out the person ahead of me in line and and by the time he called me up it was one minute past 5. I handed him my prescription, which is really easy to fill by the way it's a prepackaged birth control, he looked at it and told me they were closed. He wouldn't fill it for me. I told him that I was in line before they closed and he just shrugged his shoulders and said 'sorry we won't do it.' It's not that they couldn't do it, it's that they wouldn't do it. And I understand that I went in last minute right before they closed, and I hate doing that, but the only reason I did was because I knew it would only take them a couple minutes to fill it. If it had been a different prescription that was harder to fill I wouldn't have gone in. Mind you, I used to work at a pharmacy so I know how it all works. I ended up having to go all the way to their 24 hour pharmacy in Layton. I was pretty upset to say the least. Nobody should ever use this pharmacy, you could go anywhere else and get better...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI placed an online order and it was confirmed as ready. I didn't know 3 days was the limit to pick, but within 10 minutes of the email arriving in my inbox on the 3rd day, I called the store to have them not cancel my order, that I still wanted it (car was in shop). The call kept routing to the pharmacy, then they would transfer to the store part and no one would answer, it kicked back to the pharmacy and they tried again...this happened over and over, with no one answering in the store. I hung up and tried again after a few minutes. Eventually someone answered and I was told that I couldn't get the same price on my order even though it was cancelled minutes ago. I missed my order my a matter of minutes and it couldn't be honored. Bad policy. Stores that are easy to shop at, like Amazon and Walmart are massive by comparison, because they make it easy for customers. It's a small thing for other stores, but for walgreens it's "against policy". Goodbye Walgreens, I'll be shopping where it's not...
