I called the store to ask about the DeWalt sale that they had going on and if the 12 inch 20 V Dewalt chainsaw was on the get a battery and charger free. I was told after a hold on the phone that it was so I came in. I do not live in Town. And then talked to the assistant manager about the $50 off when you reached the $200 before tax total she said yes that was going on Not realizing she was the assistant manager, got up to the register. The cashier told me that it was only good on the 18th so I left without the product. I called and asked for the manager. I got the assistant manager that I had talked to in the store not Realizing this. She told me to come in and she would take care of me. Went back into the store, and after she started ringing things up, she told me that the saw was not on the sell and she could not give me the battery and charger for free with the promotion. Very disappointed specially when she tells me to come back in and we’ll take care of ya. I will not shop there again. Poor Poor...

Good place friendly staff and helpful i enjoy going but they need to put prices on product on shelves and very crowded on some aisle to get a cart through,they ask full price for grills and things that sit outside al summer and maybe yrs,Im done shopping there,I should not feel like crap leaving the store lately, maybe close the office door while counting money sorry but the manger is rude,I'm done,I'll take my money else...

It always seems when I'm traveling I need towing supplies or tie down supplies and they always have what I need. Plus they are fully stocked with so many items they have it if you do any...
