Fathers day. Took the kids and fiancé here to bowl a bit and have some fun. That was not the case. All started great then the lane would reset itself while everyone was still sitting down. Talked to the person working and they told me I was "doing it wrong" and proceeded to explain to me exactly how I was doing it wrong even though I hadn't even done anything at that point besides talking to him about what was going on. Went back to the lane and the resets happened progressively more and more. Started having to reset our scores then reset the lane just to, at that point, TRY and have some fun. Through this all my children and fiancé were getting more and more frustrated. Talked to the person working again and they said I had "jammed the reset button". I am 45 years old. I know when a button is jammed. Frustrated we just decided to not even care about score and just knock down pins to just get frustration out. The guy came to our lane ONCE to tell us how, again, we were doing it wrong. He then proceeded to ask why we were changing our scores. I told him because the lane kept constantly resetting and leaving us with open frames and no score. He, once again, told us we did it wrong and it looked fine to him. Then FINALLY he watched as we were just standing there and the lane reset itself FOUR TIMES IN A ROW. He offered to credit us 30 minutes. We would have been fine with that. But the lane started resetting WHILE WE WERE THROWING THE BALL. I forgot to mention that we had requested to change lanes half an hour before and he told us it was too limited pickings to change our lane. By this point we were too frustrated and it was unanimous to leave at that point. If this is the quality of service and equipment upkeep, we will definitely never return and will warn all who will hear away. Word of mouth is a powerful thing. Read moreI would give lower than a "One" if possible. Like in the negatives. Brought a large table of adults and kids.....Dinners arrived sporadically at best...like 15 minutes apart.... Had 2 couples that did not receive their food at all......after 30 minutes (after others had finished) I approached the waitress.....super nice girl yet no idea food was missing and people were still waiting......I then approached the "mgr".... Guy in a dirty 4x addidas sweatshirt and sweat pants.......No way to tell he is mgr....Apparently he gets a pass to dress like the dishwasher.......He felt it was more important to hang with buddies on the corner of the bar and get in the last word..... than to be expediting the food......He did offer an apology (after my request).....yet....no food...and back to the corner of the bar.....Texting
Still waiting to get our bill (20 mins....no exaggeration)....
Unnaceptable service.....very limited 5 item menu. Food we did get was wrong, and delivered consistently to the wrong people.....Wings were mushy from sitting......Nobody likes old food.
Seems everybody does everything here....yet nobody is really trained at anything.

Read moreMy husband works in Kearney but we live in Omaha. Our anniversary was last week and I drove to Kearney to surprise him. We love playing arcade games and competing against each other with silly games. We made a $200 mistake choosing to go here. Zane is above and by far the rudest employee we have encountered anywhere especially since I work in the same type industry and we are any server, or game counter employees ideal customer. My husband and I met when we were both GM'S for the same Company 18 years ago. I love the Customer service industry and specifically Managing 1 or supervising multiple locations, it's just what I love to do. Not for him though he was miserable and is too nice because of it, someone has to really try to piss him off and Zane did it. He is truly the rudest person by far that we have ever wasted $2 on much less $200. You would think having your labor $ at least somewhat covered by us being stupid enough to walk in your business would at least get us acknowledged, you would be very wrong.
