Full Circle Bakery/Cafe — Restaurant in Kearney

My friend recommended this place to me when I was talking about a lack of good breakfast burritos in Kearney. Boy was I wrong. These burritos were big and delicious. For less than $11 you got the big burrito, salsa, and fresh fruit. The fruit was soo good. Very fresh. I don't know where they're getting it, but it was very quality. The burrito itself was so good. I got Chorizo it was stuffed with eggs, potatoes, cheese, and a healthy portion of Chorizo. My wife and I thought $10.75 was a bit much for a breakfast burrito and fruit, but trust me when I say this is some quality bang for your buck. Would definitely recommend scratching that breakfast burrito itch at Full Curcle Bakery. We didn't get any of the baked goods, but I saw some kind of stuffed croissant served to someone in front of me in line when I first walked in that looked flaky and incredible! Sorry I only have the one picture. I meant to take a pic after a bite or two, but I never put it down.

Update: The pecan rolls are quite possibly the best pecan rolls this side of the milky way. The owner is quite possibly the nicest guy, I would frequent just for him. The baled goods are phenomenal. They know what they're doing. You HAVE to go...

We stopped into this little gem of a bakery for "take-out" breakfast after staying the night in Kearney traveling through (& deciding not to eat the provided breakfast at our hotel). Full Circle Bakery/Cafe was just perfectly lovely!! Among the 4 of us, we tried the chorizo burrito, bacon breakfast paninis (2) & a dark choc raspberry pastry/croissant. Everything was so fresh & good! The croissant was wonderful & even the english muffin on the panini/sandwich tasted fresh-baked & so moist! The bacon was thick & tasty & the sandwiches & burrito were big! The fresh fruit was also so good! The man at the front counter was so friendly & warm. The coffee they provided was also the perfect cap! We wish we lived closer so we could frequent more often. Thank you for such a pleasant "fast food" breakfast in our travel...
