I will not be using Kemah Flowers & Company again.

I placed an order for flowers which was simple enough. I then called the company to get an approximate delivery time which I could not find on their website. Whoever the gentleman who answered the phone immediately became extremely defensive at my simple question. I did not raise my voice or make accusations I simply was trying to get an approximate time that my delivery would be made. After giving a round about answer (In the afternoon is pretty broad when the order was placed at 12...) delivered in the most sarcastic tone imaginable they quickly got off the phone. Okay cool. At this point my wife is getting flowers, I paid the guy, whatever.

Now. When you order flowers for someone and get it delivered to their work it should make them feel special and cheerful instead of this my wife felt embarrassed. Why? Because these people belittled our coworker who answered the phone to pick up the delivery, called different buildings and people within our organization who had nothing to do with the order, ultimately left it unattended in a reception area and never once called my phone number for clarification or to ask questions.

I highly suggest that anyone considering using this service find another. You do not want your good intentions to turn sour when your co workers get caught in the cross fire of such horrible customer service.

Never again.

UPDATE: My wife was contacted by Kemah Flowers & Company and they apologized and informed us that the employee in question no long works for them. This hopefully will prevent others from going through such a situation when paying for...

Went into Kemah flowerist againg today to order a bouquet for my neighbor, kemah flowerist goes above and beyond to put together an absolutely beautiful bouquet. I appreciate yiu all so much! This should be everyone's go to place, they order daily and the arrangements last forever!

Had a last minute order for a mother's day bouquet. They were gracious and kind, going out of their way to make a beautiful bouquet for my mom. It ended up being our last mother's day with her. We have used Kemah Flowers & Company twice now for my mother in laws funeral a couple of years ago and again this past June for my mom’s funeral. Damian did such an outstanding job on my mother in laws flowers that when my mom passed I knew exactly where to go. Jimmy took great care of us this time around and did a outstanding job on my moms flower arrangement that held her urn.
