I am writing this feedback to express my gratitude and satisfaction for the medical massage service provided by Phim, a professional and skilled therapist. I had a visit with Phim on 05/05/2024 at the Phimnara Wellness Studio, and I was very impressed by the quality and effectiveness of the massage.

Before the visit, I was suffering from chronic neck and shoulder pain, as well as lower back tightness, due to long hours of sitting and working on the computer . I had tried various remedies, such as stretching, heat therapy, and painkillers, but none of them gave me lasting relief. I decided to try medical massage as a last resort, hoping to find some improvement in my condition.

Phim was very attentive and friendly throughout the session. She asked me about my medical history, symptoms, and goals, and explained the benefits and risks of medical massage. She also asked me about my preferences and comfort level and adjusted the pressure and technique accordingly. She used a very special medical massage involved in deep tissue, and trigger point massage, focusing on the areas of tension and pain.
