The customer service at this Starbucks is pathetic. 1st Starting because we had to wait more than 25 minutes for 2 Coffees… without having orders ahead since there was no one else but behind us in line
2nd To entertain ourselves while we waited and waited we chose some thermoses and decided to buy them and one of them had 2 prices and they charged us the highest price, we told her and the manager said no, the price was the highest, I mean that was not the price... the mistake is theirs and the duty is to charge the price they set and in this case the lowest because I repeat it is their mistake... 3rd they close at 11:30 pm and it was 11:20 and they told us they were closed, taking us out of the store 😮😮😮
4th, as I told you, it was 11:20 and we decided to buy 3 more thermoses to give as gifts from Starbucks and they told us that it was closed and they couldn't sell us those thermoses, what about?
The manager has the duty of running the store in order and solving problems, in addition to providing her and her team with excellent service, but they don't even come close to providing good service, very very terrible customer service, and to make it clear to you that they are terrible. Read moreToday, I had a bad experience but also a great experience. Tara was very disrespectful to me as a customer and also as a woman of my age. (47) She gave me a bad look when I pulled down a window blinder. I had to work looking at the window, and it was super bright. I have eye astigmatism. I did it because yesterday at another Starbucks, the awesome girls behind the counter told me just do it, not problem at all. So here, when i pulled down the blinder, I approached the counter, and Tara looked at me in a very disrespectful way. I tried to explain to her, "I did put the blinder down with a smile, but unfortunately, she decided not to answer and show upsetness. So I said: "Excuse me, did you hear what I said? Then she replied without manners : "it's supposed to be up" with a nasty look and tone. Then I said, "You don't have to be rude," and she just kept walking to the door, ignoring me. So I decided to talk to the manager and explain what happened because that was just unacceptable. Emmery, I think, is her name, a beautiful woman of color. She apologized for Tara with a nice smile and took care of my drink. She told me she would take care of the problem. So thank you, Emmery.
I'm sorry, Starbucks, you have Tara giving your customers an inappropriate experience.
I believe that there is a job out there for every person, and if you don't like serving people, and to be kind, even if a customer made a mistake by pulling the blinder down, just do your self a favor and find another job that you enjoy doing. I pay, give $1 tip and small tattooed male attending me said "go wait for it there" meaning at corner where mixed coffee drinks and uber eats picks up. The young man just stood there looking into space. (Most customers coming thru drive thru) Then he grabbed a broom and swept a little. Then basically hung out waiting for next customer. This was at 1226 noon. I said. That's weird. Usually when I order just black coffee the same cash register attendant just grabs a cup fills it and I'm gone. But I just waited and waited. 10 plus minutes later blonde girl says there's no DARK ROAST and they would have to brew and wait some more. I no doubt expressed my dissatisfaction with the process. Manager sounding other blonde just argued about fact there's no dark roast and thats reason for wait and failed to capture my point. Namely the lack of efficiency and poor process. A black cup of coffee. If tat boy would have served it immediately. He would have realized there was no dark roast and began brewing new batch. Anyhow. There's no thinking outside the box or common sense. A different planet. Needless to say I'm never coming back here. A big mess. No management oversight and argumentative with customer when it was clearly upside down the way it was handled. Finally did get my coffee at 1247noon. Oh and the blonde just handed it too me. No apology. Wouldnt even look me in the eye. Just placed it on counter like she was serving a dog. Is it just me or is 21 minutes just way too long and unreasonable to get a $5 cup of simple BLACK COFFEE? ...
