Dadeland North — Local services in Kendall

Got to the station with two minutes left for the train to arrive, then it changed to every 15 minutes, and it took them 27 to arrive, after departure it stopped in the middle of nowhere . Tell me why the Miami Dade County are paying this none ASS securities if they are not doing there jobs. Why are there no schedules up on the outside before entering to let people know when the trains are running. You get upstairs and five minutes later, this fake ASS security come and finally tells me that their are no more train coming. Do your job and one would complain. I really don't see the necessity for these securities anyway.... or better yet, get someone who will do...

Great theory for a public metro rail system but this one fails in application. At least 3x a week one of the 4 elevators is out of service, in addition to 1 of the escalators leading to the upper level where you catch the train north. In addition, there is an extended delay on the track at least 1x a week.

Worst part though is that the train is near inaccessible during peak times in the AM when people are commuting to work/school (630-930) and in the PM (4-7) when people...
