Manager by the name Walter was very aggressive in his words when he answered questions about our bill. We are Vegans and we don’t eat any meats or animal product. We really like it he place and we been going once a week or once every two weeks for about two years now, my friends and We had been ordering for about 20 years. Just lately after the pandemia and since we moved to this area we are dining in. We usually order stir fry vegetable fro the lunch special, we add fry tofu, no soups because they have fish, instead of the soup we get rice and since we found out they have garlic rice that’s what we have as soup and other meats replaced at no charge. This time they we are been charge $3.50 each for a very small rice portion, the manager Walter came and start saying that it doesn’t matter if we sons eat meats or if the portion was small or big that they should charge for the rice, after going back wand forth, I said to him, not problem and I hand out a $100.00 bill. He come back and said this bill is not good, you already gave us a bad bill in the past !!! What is he saying, I was shock, I said try it again please it has to be a mistake, he said it again for the second time. that we had giving a bad bill last time. I replied that it must be a mistake and continue saying that he writes comments about customers paying habits. After this I just walk away and told him that he is a bad manager, instead of trying to resolve it. He keeps piling more bad comments. Finally he said Dios los bendiga. I said I don’t need your blessings and said back, yes you do need the blessings. In my opinion this guy doesn’t know that he is in the best country where customer service and customer satisfaction is a must. We are very unhappy with this guy that make us feel bad, like we robe or making bills at home or something like that. I some one reds this review and make changes in...

My boyfriend has always recommended this restaurant, specifically for its lunch specials and I'm not sure why I've never ate at Lan Pan Asian Cafe even all those times I came for delicious boba taro tea. Finally, got to go with him and was so surprised by truly how great their lunch special is at this tucked away restaurant in Dadeland Station. The place was packed and I'm glad we got a table since I did notice others waiting during my meal. These lunch specials provide an abundant amount of food because they are served with miso soup, a large fresh greens salad, a small bean sprout salad, and a California roll. We ate all this and Shrimp Dumplings $5.50 as appetizers. The two salads were delicious, haven't had anything similar since the last time I was in Thailand. The Shrimp Dumplings blew us away; can't remember the last time I ate good dumplings like that. For my meal, I ordered the Beef Curry $9.95 which was so good it reminded me of my Thai moms! I was a little irritated though that it did not come with rice considering I always eat curry with some... My boyfriend ended up ordering the Snapper Katsu $10.95 which was a nice size and cooked perfectly. Favorites would have to be the shrimp dumplings and the beef curry, but can't wait to try other items on their affordable lunch menu. This is a must go to for those living in Pinecrest or anyone hungry after a day of shopping at...

I recently moved back to Miami and I was SO EXCITED to get my free bubble tea as promised by this “Bubble tea time card” I had saved from when I lived here years ago where you’d accumulate stamps every time you bought a bubble tea from the bubble tea window. As you can see, I’m due for a free one; I have already purchased a total of 20 bubble teas per this card. No where on this card is there an expiration date. I went today to redeem my rightly deserved bubble tea, but the guy working the window didn’t know what this was. I asked him if he could speak with the owner to at least honor this free drink and I can just forget about filling up the last column. He spoke with the manager instead as the owner wasn’t in. The manager spoke with me and then I asked her to please talk with the owner. She said she reached out to the owner, Pamela, and the owner was saying I had to buy something in order to get a free bubble tea. That wasn’t the agreement on this card. I understand this loyalty card is no longer used and I accepted the fact that I can’t use the last column, but the least they can do is honor this promise. I am highly disappointed with the customer service I received. I truly was so excited to finally have bubble tea from this place again, but I can’t support a restaurant that lacks integrity and doesn’t fulfill...

So I went to the Resturant Lan Pan today, A complete fail. I don’t wanna make bad comment, but this was very disappointing. YouTube, shown as a deception and a very classy place to eat Filipino foo. The gentleman Mr David, who advertised it on YouTube and said it was good food to eat, unfortunately we went there today had a complete fail. As a Filipino and a US Marine, both my parents are Filipinos definitely not Filipino food. Food was not at all what it says it Grew up in America has in the menu, there’s no chicken adobo or pansit. Whats shown on you tube. First we went in the Resturant and the inside restaurant very nice inside ambience but the menu had no Filipino food. The waiter came up to us to take an order, He said no chicken adobo or pork adobo or Pansit. We was told we had to go upstairs and order there and eat in small Location upstairs next by target next to the parking spaces and super hot. The food was very disappointing. It had a very bad taste and taste clii i se to Pinoy food. It was a horrible filipino experience. Both my parents are Filipinos and as a US Marine I have traveled all over the world and tasted Filipino food and the food LAN Pan cooked definitely was not Filipino food. A complete failure highly recommend not to eat at this location in Miami Florida.

I’ve been coming to Lan Pan Asian Café for as long as I can remember, and it never disappoints. The food is always consistently delicious, never different, never bad. Every dish feels made with care. All the dishes are great especially all the sushi, veggies, agedashi tofu, and so much more. A huge part of our experience is thanks to Daniela, our server. She is absolutely amazing, her attention to detail, warmth, and professionalism make every visit extra special. She always makes us feel like family, and it’s clear she truly cares about her guests. We love coming here and will continue to do so for many years to come!
