Ive never had a problem with this store until Today. I made two curbside orders and called the customer service line to cancel the first order before picking it up. I was told by the lady that answered the phone that if I didnāt pick up the order there would be a refund issued to my account. So I hung up and went on micheals refunds just to confirm since it was a big order and it said that if I didnāt pick it up after 5 days there would be a refund issued. So when it came time to pick up my second order a dark skinned lady which I believe is the one who i spoke to brought out the first order and I politely explained to her that I was picking up the second. She went back inside and said they had no other orders under that name and I confirmed that I had gotten an email confirming that order was ready. After a couple minutes of yelling back and forth in the store they found the order and what I believe was the manager told me that I HAD to take both orders as well as that I had never spoke to anyone in that store regards to cancelling the first one. He was very rude and I could barely get a word in so I just accepted and hung up the phone. The lady came back with both orders and I explained to her micheals policy and she just shrugged and dropped the bags inside my car..... Iāve never experienced this type of customer service in my life... like come On this is a time that weāre supposed to be helping each other the best way we can. I canāt even reach anyone in customer service which is what I was told to do. This is absolutely unacceptable and micheals needs to fix their system or educate their workers on...

The cashier lady called the manager and explained, he without coming to see what the problem was, just told her āhave them call their credit card company, itās not our computer problemā we tried again with 2 other cards and the same issue. The cashier calls again and here comes āthe managerā with shirt out and giving more importance to the Coke delivery person, them he approached us, I provide my Amex, he tries it and same issue, he asks āis this internationalā? I said no, my husband gives his and the same. At this point I started to put the merchandise out, and he sees that there is a gift card, looks at the cashier and said āif I knew there was a gift card, I would have giving you the answer, a gift card canāt be processed with a credit cardā they scanned back the credit card and everything worked.. NO APPOLOGIES WERE GIVEN FROM THE MANAGER NOR THE CASHIER... if this is how you treat your customers I wonāt...

Every Halloween and Christmas season I come here to get artsy with my daughter and wife. We love this store, great staff always great help and so kind. We came here one night that we needed last minute things for our wedding and my wife had broken her knee two weeks prior so she was hopping around with crutches and the cashier saw us entering the building and immediately asked a coworker to see if they had a wheel chair or scooter in the back. We told them it was fine but thank you and not even two minutes later they came around looking for us with a wheel chair. Those girls were so sweet. Didnāt catch their name but great girls! Thank you ladies, it made the shopping...
