Ross has the worst customer service I ever experienced . This store location sold me a defective rug, I complained they told me to bring it back they would give me a store CREDIT. Instead they were rude and had awful vibeS. Michelle is a horrible manager she was so rude I called her out her name. I will never shop here again. Amazon is my go too now period. #awful shaggy rug. I explained over the phone I lost my ticket they told me to bring it different story when get there. I WANT MY MONEY LEFT THE RUG AT THE STORE DEFECTIVE GOODS. YOU OWE ME 40 DOLLARS. THANK YOU LaReina Singletary Carter family NETWORK. Be careful how you treat people you never know the power they HAVE.

DSW Designer Shoe Warehouse in south miami / Pinecrest is easy to get to. The parking lot has tiny spaces so try to go in off hours because parking is limited and it does get crowded because the lot is also for a bank and a Ross. The DSW Designer Shoe Warehouse has high ceilings and lots of choices, it never seems crowded and has a largo sales area along the back wall. The kids section is on the right side of the store as you walk in and is a little limited. The staff are limited in number but very nice and accommodating. I shop there on a regular basis and usually find something. They also have sizes for a wide and narrow foot.

Went to Fedex and Ross, which are both great stores in this plaza. The only problem i commonly face whenever i visit Fedex is the parking. Barely any vacant space available anytime of the day i visit. Always all parking spot filled. There are some spots on the left corner but only super ultra small car like a tiny box hatchback could barely fit in. More than half of the spots are reserved for the bank which is above Fedex on 2nd floor. This plaza, especially by fedex, they really need to have more parking spots available. On the other hand Ross has ample space for them. Easy to park...
