Well this was my third time at this location. My friend first introduced me to this restaurant several weeks ago. Since then, we have visited two other times and all I can say …I am obsessed!!! This restaurant is the place to go, the location is perfect. Pisco y Nazca is located in Kendall right off the turnpike and surrounded by shops, fast food restaurants and local bars. However Pisco y Nazca offers an array of food options that I will continue to visit until I try every plate on the menu. They are that good. To start we ordered the Lomo Saltado Roll, which has seared tenderloin, queso fresco, soy and oyster sauce. I say is delicious, however my husband says is to die for Lol! We also order Shrimp Tostones which are cooked to perfection. The shrimp were tasty and so full of flavor. They were topped with red onions and set on a crunchy tostone and avocado. We are definitely ordering those again. We then moved to the main course. I had Tallarín Saltado, which has wok seared tenderloin, with red onions , tomatoes, ginger, soy and oyster sauce on top of linguine. My dish was so delicious. This was my third time having it and have to say I have to given them a 10 out of 10 for consistency. The flavor was on point every single time. My husband had the Lomo Saltado, which has wok seared beef tenderloin with rice and tostones. So delicious that I didn’t get a chance to take a picture of the beautiful presentation. My husband couldn’t wait and honestly can’t blame him. Let me add that both of my main dishes had an up charge because of the side replacements but they were worth every penny. We ended the night with a Tres Leches Dessert which was amazing. Like all my previous visits the customer service is just amazing. Thaiz is knowledgeable about the menu, extremely patient, and offered suggestions. She made our dining experience even more enjoyable. So if you want amazing food , great atmosphere and excellent customer service then Pisco y Nazca is the place to go. As for me I will probably be there every Saturday moving forward until I try every dish on their menu. Thank you to Thaiz and the entire Pisco y Nazca staff for another wonderful gastronomic...
Read moreI have visited Pico y Nazca in Kendall several times before with my husband, and every time we had an outstanding experience — exceptional service, great attention to detail, and truly spectacular food. Because of those past positive experiences, I made a reservation through OpenTable for 9:00 p.m. We arrived on time, but unfortunately, tonight’s experience was very disappointing from the start. The table we were given was not comfortable, so I politely asked to wait for another table to become available. After waiting, I noticed a nearby table opened up and requested to be moved. The hostess, who was wearing blue contact lenses, handled the situation with a very poor attitude. When I asked to switch tables, she told me we had to wait to see if other guests, who had not yet arrived, would take that table. Even though I explained that I felt uncomfortable, she remained indifferent and dismissive. They said they would “let me know,” but no one followed up. Unfortunately, the bad experience continued. Although we ordered our food soon after sitting down, it didn’t arrive until almost 10:00 p.m. Later, when we ordered dessert, it took another 30 minutes to be served. Asking for the check was another long wait, adding more frustration to the evening. It truly saddens me to write this review because the food at Pico y Nazca is a solid 10 out of 10 — delicious, beautifully presented, and high quality. However, the service we received tonight was extremely disappointing. A restaurant of this level should ensure that the staff welcoming guests are trained to handle situations with professionalism, patience, and kindness. Poor service can ruin the entire dining experience, no matter how excellent the food is. I sincerely hope they address these issues, especially with the front-of-house staff. I would love to come back and enjoy the wonderful experiences I used...

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Pisco y Nazca in Kendall for an afternoon meal with my spouse and sister-in-law, and I can confidently say that this place deserves a solid 5 stars.
From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable. Our server, Marcos, went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable dining experience. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly, adding to the overall welcoming atmosphere of the restaurant.
We started with the red sangria, which was perfectly balanced and refreshing—a great way to kick off our meal. For appetizers, we ordered the Tostones, and they did not disappoint. Crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, they were a delightful start to our culinary journey.
The standout dish for me was the Lomo Saltado Sushi roll. It was an innovative fusion of flavors that worked harmoniously together, making it a must-try for anyone visiting. We also had the Chaufas de Pollo, which was packed with flavor, and the Ajo Amarillo ceviche, which was fresh and zesty.
Each dish was beautifully presented and bursting with authentic flavors, showcasing the restaurant's commitment to quality and creativity. The menu offers a diverse range of options, ensuring that there's something for everyone to enjoy.
Overall, Pisco y Nazca exceeded my expectations in every way. The combination of excellent service, creative dishes, and vibrant flavors makes it a standout dining destination in Kendall. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch culinary experience, and I will definitely be returning on my next visit...
