Five Below — Local services in Kendall

I used to love this store but had a bad experience today. The purpose of my visit was to shop for party supplies. However, it was being restocked.I figured I would shop around to the other sections in the mean time but this seemed to have been the case for over an hour. I’ve been to stores while they are restocking and they do not close off the section with shopping carts. I tried looking from where I could see, but it was difficult. It would have been nice if the staff restocking would have asked if there was anything in particular I was looking for that I could quickly grab. At times the employee restocking even left and came back; but left the shopping carts filled with items in the middle. After over an hour of looking around, I just left. I understand the employees here work by the hour, and really don’t care how long they restock for, but I didn’t want to waste my afternoon waiting around. Big bright and spacious store - usually others at this brightness would be a bit much but the organization and layout of the store allows you to browse and see pretty much everything in plain sight from different areas of the store. The variety of items you'll find here will feel relatively random but there are some interesting finds. The impressive area for the store are it's snacks and beverages, but you can also find things such as workout gear or headphones too. Prices are ridiculously cheap and make picking up a ton of things here very easy. Self check out was a great option for paying and there are many of them. the shopping part of it was fun.. now as i reached the self checkout, the young lady that works the area was off to the side... there were others there completing their self checkouts, and she left them alone.. but as we reached the register to check out, she decided to stand right behind us. dont make it so obvious that you are profiling us. I won't steal from any store. i do not appreciate you thinking that i am going to rob merchandise. this is the last time i go to that store. i will continue shopping at the 5 and below on 107th and kendall drive. i never had this experience at any other...
