I had a deeply uncomfortable experience at this store today. While using the dressing room, I was shocked to encounter a man in the area. The changing rooms lack mirrors, forcing customers to step into the hallway to check their outfits, which already feels inconvenient. Moments before, I saw several women exiting with partial undergarments visible as they tried on clothes, as is common in dressing rooms. I later learned the dressing room was temporarily co-ed due to construction, but no staff informed me of this beforehand. The employee overseeing the area failed to communicate this critical change, which is unacceptable and a serious oversight regarding customer privacy and comfort. Great experience!!! I went to Nordstrom rack on Saturday evening. I’ve been trying to be good with my shopping habits hadn’t bought shoes since June. I wanted to treat myself. I saw a pair of the cutest little booties ever. I put them on. A litttie big but hey they were awesome. Edgy, sexy, black, heel,elegant,versatile. Could be worn with casual clothing or even something more refined to suit your needs or style of outfit. A little pricey but sometimes a little treat is worth the extra effort. Then the best was the checkout line. I met a great employee. This gentleman’s name was carlos so friendly and just very charismatic. Be careful when paying for your items , one lady charged me twice for the same item , but knowing that accident happens , it was this weird thing that she did when I came back to the store to get the refund. while I was on the line waiting to see her , she was on the counter without a costumer and saw me and grabbed her phone and when to the back of the store very calm and another employee took my request and immediately the manager came as she already knew what was happening , very weird.
