First off let me say Iāve been coming to this spot for well over a year, and this was the final straw. DO NOT BOTHER MAKING AN APPOINTMENT! They donāt respect your time. I have never been seen on time in my well over 20 times here. My main barber was Alejandro, cool guy, never sat me on time, and never gave me the exact cut I wanted. By the 4-5 time I came he started getting better but every time Iād tell him āyouāre going shorter than Iād like on the topā he would always say itās just to grow into. Whatever thatās not that bad. But the last time I saw him he said āI donāt see you that often so I cut it shorter, you only come in once every other monthā NAH MAN I came in every month until you started cutting my hair short so I had to wait to grow it out again. SO i said fine lemme check out another barber, went online made an appointment with Zack, sweet! His IG looked good so i trusted. I pulled up, 10 min early as always, checked in, the front seat woman looks at me like I'm crazy, goes to the barber, come back, says to me āI'm not sure if i heard him rightā goes BACK to the barber only to tell me HE DOUBLE BOOKED ME! Iām beyond upset at this point and the only thing I get is a blank mindless stare from the front desk lady, who may or may not be able to converse on a customer service level expected of a McDonalds employee. We all have our days, I get it and understand other appointments get backed up.
I called ahead because well, after coming to this barbershop for about 4 years and never being late today I was, unfortunately I left my wallet home and I had to turn back... What I am trying to say is that there was no need for the attitude and to tell me that depending on my hair cut he was going to do it āoh I usually skip you if youāre lateā (with an attitude) told him what I wanted, didnāt even looked at my face, āoh thatās not going to happen today I am going to give you a fast hair cut to the best of my abilities.ā Hair cut was āalright,ā no complains there, but there are better ways to explains and communicate when you are offering a service or dealing with customer service. Experience was not the best today, still I payed him $30 for the cut because the rest of the team here is amazing.
