Beatriz from Suite #8 is extremely nice and very friendly. What I did not expect was to have two people (Beatriz and someone else) blow drying my hair at the same time and then my hair was flat ironed. The hair cut is beautiful, exactly what I wanted, but for the $60 ($50 for haircut and blow dry and $10 tip) I paid I would have expected the blow out to last longer. With the Miami humidity, my hair becomes frizzy and as soon as I left the salon, my hair became poofy, frizzy, and decided to curl. For people with curly hair, we need more time and care for the blow out to last. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is that my blow out did not last. Completely improvement. I made my appointment a week in advance. They wanted to push my appointment to get someone else in before me. I didn’t change it and when I got the the appointment 15 minutes earlier the person was still put before me and I was never told. After waiting an additional 45 minutes I left. They have no consideration for others time and clearly appointments are not taken seriously... very disappointed. I will never ever b caught dead going to this place again. It was a complete waste of time. Would never recommend...

This is my first time in this place and I loved it. It’s really nice, clean and welcoming. I got an appointment online with Beatriz. I went by the reviews about her and she didn’t disappoint me!!! She was wonderful and very passionate with my hair. She did botox and hair cut and I loved it. We had a great conversation and time flew. She took me right away and she was done in two hours.
