Let start with the pros. Gorgeous decor. Nice open spaces, comfy seats servers that tried their best under circumstances. Food was ok. Nothing out of normal. Plates were reasonable. Nice atmosphere. Cons: overly loud club music at 12 pm is a bit much. When you can not hear the person next to you it's a might much. Great for after 7 pm but not at 12 pm. We wére a large group. 22 of us for a birthday celebration. 1 server. Later we found out some servers call out but then again the Manager should had step in and hustle instead of hiding in the kitchen or on the phone. Brunch menu only choice. Prices crazy expensive. Cuban sandwich $15.00. server tells us on Sunday only bottled water available, no tap however you saw the bartenders drinking tap water all day thru. Bounder on site, for what. At 12 pm it's not a club is a restaurant. Food was ok except when they forgot my friend egg omelette and then the manager had the odicity to say it would take 40 extra minutes to scrabble an egg. There were no condiments, servers did not come around to see if you needed anything, I had to get up twice to go get ice from the bar. And the view of the women bathroom from my table kept on being. Wide open for all to see. There sign "ya tu sabes" , says it all. Managers need to be trained in how to deal with guests. Or this one should not take the day shift ever again. The place was packed. A few large parties. But the staff looked annoyed and that is not pleasant to see. I truly give this place maybe 3 good years, if they make it to 5 I will be shocked. It's trendy. But in Miami that...
Read moreSaturday SOFT OPEN 7 / 20 / 2024 We were an adult party of 6 placed at a round table close to the restrooms and bar. It wasn't a bad place to be!!
The ambiance is very nice. Wait, staff is still learning but very kind and willing to help with any adjusting. Owners and Kitchen should have prepared for a lot of the menu items not being available for customers to order. Or printed a special menu or advised the wait staff. We also advised the wait staff to allergies to one of our party members, and they noted on the handheld computer. Food still came out twice with allergies food touching the edible food🥺.
Then another order was missing items.
Last dish to come out, after everyone was done, was where the person had the seafood shrimp and lobster order, with Tamale. This is a quick dish to prepare the Seafood was delicious they stated however the tamale was soggy and disgusting they left it.
The live band was awesome!!! It kept us moving in our seats and getting up to dance a bit..
Staff did their best they could.
One of the co~ owners came over but did nothing. He was too busy socializing with two other tables all evening and sadly seemed to be bothered with the issues at our table.
We will be back as we believe in 2nd chances!! Overall, most of the meals were good if not great with all the delicious flavors.
The drinks were par not great but not 2nd ordering types. Mojito was to bitter 😔
We do hope they get the kinks outs as it is a lively place we...
Read moreGreat atmosphere, great food however really bad service experience considering it was our first time there. Server (young lady) never came back when we asked for a minute to look at the menu. Another server (Octavio) noticed and took care of us. Young lady never came. When she did was to ask if we were done so we could get the check. She came back 2 more times for it and never apologized for not coming or taking care of us. When I waved at her because we needed service, she acknowledged however it took her about 10 minutes to walk about 15 feet! We asked for water at 11:20pm and she told us that the place does not allow to serve water to customers after 10pm. She never told us about that. She never offered more water close to 10 or anything like it. Octavio was the true professional here. To add insult to injury, gratuities are included in your check not allowing the customer to tip based on how satisfied you are with the service. As a business please consider: -Be all about customer satisfaction as word of mouth is the most powerful marketing tool -Disclosure of service to set expectations is critical. Do not deny water to a customer even though you want to squeeze your customers pockets -Allow the customer to freely tip based on the customer’s satisfaction of service Will we go back? To be seen. Will I probably see a response to this feedback from the business defending themselves rather than standing for the customer? Sadly, very likely. Yes, feel free...
