BEWARE OF BUYING GIFT CARDS FROM TARGET! I put money on a gift card and when I went to scratch it off it wouldn't work. Then the associate near self check out said it was a zero balance so she gave me a number i need to call that was a automated system not much help so i just called customer service they didn't see no transactions made they said they have to investigate that could take 7 days I was defenitly not happy. As a customer i felt like i got scammed by target .I'm thinking okay what is there to investigate you see there was no transactions on the card and its saying i have a zero balance you also are telling me were i put 25 on this gift card 2+2=4 not 7. The customer service gift card department was no help the lady hung up on me and the supervisor from that department had a attitude. Oh i was defenitly going to dispute the charges with my bank and best believe i would have got my money back but i chose to give target a second chance to make it right. I went back in to ask for the manager and apparently this happens often and i saw online that it did so for target customer service not to handle this in a proper manner and act like this is a first is ridiculous . I went back in again ask to speak with the manager i got on the phone with customer service again on speaker just so the manager can hear that I never used the card i told customer service never mind the manager is taking care of the problem.THE STORE MANAGER ANDRE IS GREAT HE HAD 10xs BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE THAN THE TARGET CUSTOMER SERVICE GIFT CARD DEPARTMENT ! HE RESOLVED THE ISSUE IN LESS THAN 2 MINITUES! HE IS THE ONLY REASON I DID 5...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreCalled to have an item put on hold and was told 2 of them were being unloaded on the morning shipment and should be available around noon to 1pm. My mom got there to pick it up "while overhearing an employee on the phone telling a customer they would begrudgingly put one on hold even though it was supposed to be first come first serve since there was only one left but he would do it" she was told sorry there are none left and called me. The employee refused to take the phone or get a manager. I called the manager and was told I would get a call back when she could speak to the employee I spoke to that morning about putting my item on hold. When she got back to me I was told the employee remembered getting a call about the item but not to put the item on hold. At this point I'm livid with how this situation turned out. I requested the item be put on hold, the items get sold anyway and then when I confront the staff about it I get nothing but deflection and the run-around. But apparently that's the kind of business I got here today. And of course the item is currently sold out everywhere. Merry Christmas Target and a Happy Holidays I hope your presents weren't also sold out...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis is the worse target Iāve ever been to. Starting off with the fact that they are constantly missing items from my pickup order or are shopping items that arenāt in my pickup order and passing them off as if they are. I had ordered some Italian salad dressing packets and three boxes of Mac and cheese and instead I didnāt receive those but got a loaf of bread, garlic and onion powder as well as paprika and hand sanitizer. In addition to that Iāve bought expired cold food from here three times because they donāt believe in changing out expired food. The first item I bought was two week old deli meat, the second expired cheese and the third today which is expired hotdogs that literally expired today! This whole store is giving me Walmart energy from the rude cashier at both checkout and guest checkout I encountered who clearly hates their jobs to the messy clothes, shoes everywhere to the janky carts that I have to test out before I begin grocery shopping. They always say they have stuff in stock online and when you get to the store, itās not there! Please let me know where thereās actually a good target...
