Little back story here; I live in Gulfport and as we awaited hurricane Irma I knew my house was going to be flooded. Within two days I packed up most of my house and took it to my shelter for the next week. As hurricane Irma approached and realizing what kind of damage is heading my way I needed a place to park my car (brand new maxima that I spent a lot of hours working in order to have) out of harms way. I called the storage place and a guy named Jacob answers. He was super sweet and went out of his way to email this location and tell them I was coming and to text me information. They open at 9 on Saturdays and Molly was working and bless her soul! With everyone piling in and calling trying to get a place for their cars/stuff she remained patient and kind. She got me in and out of there with no time at all, also giving me options to downgrade my unit later to fit all the house belongings if I needed. She was very informative and kept things light and funny during this hard time. I can not thank Molly and Jacob enough for easing my mind.

When I rented my larger “ climate controlled” drive up unit, I had the option of a lower rate OR first month free. Knowing what I do now, I would’ve chosen the free month option. After a few months there, they raised my rent by almost $100/mo with about a weeks notice. In addition, when I wanted to move out a week after my payment was due, they would not prorate even though they would be renting my unit out for the remainder of my time to someone else. I opted to leave my things for an additional month since I was paying for it anyway (the lady working in the office was not very friendly or helpful). Finally, when we removed my items, the movers pointed out droppings on several of my items.
