10/5/24: I let Stephanie know that I wanted to grow out my hair from bronde back to brunette, but for now go with a sombre look as it is growing out. I absolutely love it. I missed my dark hair, but I love the bronde look, too, so sombre seemed the best way to go. I may keep it this way (sombre w/ money piece). For now, I simply want to say THANK YOU!!! ♥

9/1/20: I was not getting what I wanted done to my hair at a salon I had visited several times so I decided it was time to find a new salon and stylist. I'm a dark brunette that wanted to go bronde. The last two attempts I left the other salon with still very dark hair and the balayaged hair was red and brassy. After two attempts and feeling disappointed it was time to find another salon that could deliver. Then I found this tucked away little gem "Salon Volo" not far from home. I finally broke down and did a Keratin treatment on my thick, curly hair. All I can say is WOW! Jessica did an amazing job, as always! Day 4, my hair is still soft and straight, and I haven’t had to touch it with a flat iron!

Jessica is always the absolute best! I love my hair and the direction we are heading in.

My only problem with today was I was forced to wear a mask! There was no mandatory sign on the door, but a CDC recommendation. I was not told it was mandatory until someone at the front desk walked up and handed me a mask. I feel I should have been told beforehand.

I left Jessica today a VERY HAPPY WOMAN! Once again, we did blonde and rose gold highlights, but today I also had layers cut into my hair and a blowout. I really and totally feel like a new woman right now! You can’t go wrong with Jessica doing your hair. She always takes the time to make sure you are comfortable with what you want and what she recommends. I had not had layers in my hair for a very long time, we talked about it, and we decided to go ahead. Unlike a lot of stylists, we did just enough, not enough to send me in to shock.

Jessica is always great with conversation as well.

12/8/2020 What can I say about Jessica that I haven’t already said? She is absolutely the best! We talked about doing rose gold highlights in my hair and today we did it! I am thrilled! Her talent is amazing!

10/27/2020 I am never disappointed when Jessica does my hair. We changed direction a bit today and I couldn’t be more happy. Kyle also did a tremendous job helping out.

9/14/2020 Jessica never ceases to make me happy or feel like a million dollars! I asked her to make me more blonde today and that is EXACTLY what she did! Sitting in Jessica’s chair is always a good time, and conversation never stops. Did I mention I love my hair?
