Tobacco Road Etc — Local services in Kenneth City

I like their hours and they have only been out of the tobacco once in the years I’ve been going there. The only thing I don’t like about them is once or twice a year the tobacco is awful it’s full of sticks and twigs and is basically useless unless you don’t mind spending an entire day just trying to get a couple ounces of tobacco out of these bad bags. They refuse to return these awful bags after spending $20+ on each bag of tobacco 2-3 times a month (and buying many other things from store) for them not to honor or exchange the tobacco was just terrible bad business. Came here today to pick up wish order as they are a designated p/u location. Upon arriving, the clerk began searching thru 4 large boxes. Please note that nothing was organized or sorted. Items were falling out of packages and clerk was opening other packages attempting to locate my items. (See photo). I received 2/3 packages all delivered under the same tracking number. Clerk told me to contact wish and said shrugged her shoulders, and walked away to begin helping other customers. Extremely rude and overall a very negative customer service experience.
